If I were you would avoid staying at this place. The couple who runs this guest house is only interested in your money overcharging for the rooms and not maintaining in good conditions. We were friends staying in different times and we ALL had problems with them. If you are there for short time maybe you won’t face their dark side, but if you stay for long periods be prepared! The only reason that I choose this place was because of view of the balcony, but in the end if I go back to PhiPhi I wouldn’t stay at this place because of the couple, they make your life harder, they are not friendly at all and the man can become very aggressive.

DO NOT STAY! BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS! DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR!

We stayed here for 2 nights and regretted it! We both got bitten on our last night and it has ruined the rest of our Thailand trip! Both the door and balcony door did not close properly. There were many cracks and holes on the doors and walls, the walls were paper thin! It is close to Viewpoint #1 so lots of stairs to climb! You also have to walk pass the sewage and garbage area, which had a horrible smell. Please do not stay here!

Loads of steps to get up there with no help provided! All other properties have staff in hand to help you ! Room in terrible condition and overpriced for the quality you get. Paid 130 pounds of hard earned money for a 3 night stay in Phi Phi for a dream holiday and walked out from the first day . There was blood on the sheets and the walls had holes in them! The owner need to give some love to this property because she is damaging her own business! She wasnt rude and seemed that she was bothered that her place didnt meet any of our expectations. Me and my wife debated for an hour if we would even attempt to sleep in that room but the aircondition wasnt even working! I wasnt going to let that ruin my holiday in Phi Phi so i walked away and paid loads of money from my spending money to stay somewhere decent!

Mold, smelly, horrible uncomfortable bright light, loud Aircon, overpriced, hose in bathroom broken, bad water pressure, not recommended to stay here!!!
