Pretty nice place to stay - we got an aircon room and it was clean and comfortable. Far enough away you won’t hear the music at night but close enough to walk to town within five minutes. Would definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay right in the heart of all the action, but still want to get there quickly.

Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the curtains work very well. Only thing to improve maybe just the consistency between showers but once you figure out which one has the sauce you’re set.

The host of this hotel is absolutely amazing any problems she can help you. So nice and sweet and made our time in phi phi so great. She can also help with booking day trips and give you the best prices on the island

Rooms are so dark even at midday and nothing like the pictures advertised.
Shower is a joke, no pressure at all, so hard to rinse the shampoo off.
Booked a double room and got only one water bottle.

Honestly don’t come here, unless you don’t have any other options. The walls are thin as a paper, there is no real glass in the window just a shutter type with broken mosquito net so they can fly in easily and eat you at night. Furniture in bad state, wooden floor is disintegrating, safe doesn’t work and the lockers are accessible only from 8am-8pm. For a little bit more (+200thb) more you can go to a proper hotel.
I gave 2 stars just because the staff was nice and the aircon worked.

Aircon cold shower no tv close to the view point lookout and U only get what you pay for my room was $432 baht on Agoda so stay a couple of days no problem and very quiet

The customer service was great but the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, sheets, and towels left much to be desired. The sheets and towels looked very worn from use. The bathroom and shower are combined so everything gets wet when you shower. There’s no hot water, not like you’d want a hot shower in a tropical island in a room with no air conditioning. Opening and shutting the door of the first room I was given upstairs was near impossible so I asked for a different room and the staff immediately accommodated me without any issues. The staff are beautiful, helpful, and friendly but the rooms are underwhelming. The hotel suggests that you leave no valuables in your room and they have lockers outside for you to use but you need to have your own padlock. The location is great, you’re close to the main beaches and bars, about a four minute walk, but far away enough to have no noise! You’re also right next to the Phi Phi lookout point. Overall, this place is ok to stay at for a couple of nights but I wouldn’t recommend it for any longer.
