I really don't get the bad reviews about this place. It's not a 5 stars hotel, it's a normal guesthouse with basic rooms and low prices for Ko Phi Phi.
PROS:
The rooms are clean, cozy with private bathroom and hot shower.
It's quiet during the night, no bars around.
It has a common balcony with smoking area.
If you stay here you get a little discount at the massage parlour next to it (didn't try it yet)
CONS:
Fan room gets hot during the day (it's ok at night)
No sunlight gets into the room. There is a window for ventilation but no light can get in.

The staff is nice and kind. The room was big and clean. Bathroom was very small. Bed very hard (for me its ok, but you should know.) No Toiletpaper... Whyyyyyyyyyy???? in this area of Thailand a must have. Without toiletpaper I have to give only 4 stars.

The hotel is rubbish, the service is much worse, they charge you if you want toilet paper, if you want soap, if you want air conditioning and IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOM TO BE CLEANED? hello?
When I checked in there were pipes in my sink, the towel was dirty and when commenting on it, he told me that I shouldn't have taken such a cheap room, as if it were my fault (it's not that cheap either) The wifi, if it's theirs ( because it seems that we can steal it from the neighbor) it's terrible and you have to remove and put the password all the time. The sockets are not near the bed. And well, they force you to go barefoot but they don't clean...

I stayed there in May 2018 by booking via Fb messenger. The location is very near the viewpoint and the air con room was quite cheaper when compared to the others in the famous island. But the room was just quite small, no views to see and you needed to walk a bit from the pier. Want to visit the island again soon.

Good location. Not far away from bars and restaurants and at the same time you won't hear the noise. Clean rooms. Mattresses are wrapped in plastic. The bad thing is that there's a bad smell from outside. Sometimes it's smell very strong so you don't want to stay in the room.

Very nice, clean , cozy budget guesthouse. The rooms are basic and not large, but good for this price. They have travel agency and ticket service, the staff is nice and friendly, they clean the rooms once in two days. The place is close to everything, but aside from bars and loud music, so it's pretty quiet there. Reccomended.

For this price its great. We didn't have good view but had everything you need for comfortable stay. The room is comfortable, with tv. They clean not on request but every two days. Only barhroom is small so its really not comfortable to have shower. The girl on reception is wonderful, smiling and helpful. Also you can book here tickets, tours or have cheap and nice breakfast. The guesthouse is not on the beach but Phi Phi is island ) everything is near everything.
