Good value for what you pay. Not a luxury place by any means but decent bed, nice public porch outside our room and a view. Staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked to see a few rooms. Good wifi, hot shower and a mini fridge to keep bottled water cold was icing on the cake (buy big bottles, cheaper and less waste). Quiet and set back from the beach, but you can walk to the party in 5-10 minutes.

We stayed here because of the price, but regretted it after our stay. It had a great location by the beach, and the staff was very friendly, but we were just a little grossed out by this hotel that we slept on our towels! if you stay, I highly recommend booking a room with AC (which will cost more money) that would have made our stay ten times better. The shower was like a jet, which did not feel good on my sunburn! There was just one spider in our room, but I read reviews that said they found more. Stay here if you will pay more for AC!

My stay at the harmony house was good! Simple and quiet typical Thai house with good size room and air conditioner. The staff is very friendly and the location is very close to the beachfront. I recommend this place if you are looking for a simple and a not expensive place.

Senza infamia e senza lode. The place was clean and quite ok for the price! We had a problem with The first room but it has been fixed the very next day. Bad smell in the whole area because of the open air sewers but it doesnt get that bad in the rooms. Good for Backpackers

This hotel was pretty good, the air conditioning is somewhat slow and takes a long time to cool the room down which can be frustrating when you first arrive. The Wi-Fi connection is pretty good, and the location is very good it right near the Saladan Pier, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I only subtracted one start because there is no attendant at the front desk for most of the day, it seems that there is an attendant in the morning to accommodate checkouts, and there is supposed to be one in the afternoon to accommodate Check-ins. However after we arrived off of the boat we were looking forward to checking into our hotel and being able to relax a little bit, however no one was present despite it being after 2 PM, the check in time. We had to wait nearly an hour in the heat before checking in, fortunately we were able to grab lunch at a restaurant near by while we waited. Overall for the price, fairly good.

By far the worst place I’ve stayed at, ever. Let’s start from the beginning.

It was about 2:00AM u0026 I needed a last minute place to sleep. They had a room for 900 baht. A bit pricey for the quality and location. I sat and negotiated for an hour (now 3:00AM). I got it down to 800 baht and an extended check out. I paid the 800 baht, checked into my room, turned off the AC and opened the window for some fresh air.

THEN the lady who rented me the room comes in the window and starts demanding more money from me. She said I did not pay the full price. She took her key, opened the door, came into the room which I just paid for, but wait.. SHE TOOK MY WALLET AND OPENED IT AND STARTED TAKING MY MONEY FROM IT.

I am a very peaceful person and do not like confrontation what-so-ever. She was yelling at me to get out of the room until I paid her. I would not leave the room because I already paid for it, so she took my suitcase and attempted to throw my suitcase out of the room. Refusing to leave, her and the security guard physically grabbed me and tried to throw me out. Not only did she try to take money from my wallet without permission, but then they physically assault me.

You will notice in Thailand that the locals get necessities (accommodation, food, etc.) for a way lower price than foreigners.

I paid an extra 100 baht.. so now 900 baht to secure the room. This time I locked the window and door so she could not get in.

Lastly, after she said I could check out at 1:00PM.. I get a knock at the door around noon and she demanded me to get out of the room. She opened the door and watched me pack all of my things, brush my teeth, and hounded over me until I left. There was no sense of privacy. And again, began yelling at me to hurry or she would charge me more money.

In the end, she lied and got more out of me. I feel disrespected and by far this is the worst encounter I have had with people in my travels. It is a very dishonest business and I would highly suggest no one book or stay with them. They do not deserve your hard earned money. Take it elsewhere where they actually care about the people they are hosting.

The room is noisy, everything smells really bad. In our room there was no window, and with the humidity in Phi Phi it was impossible to breath. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast was minimalistic (two slices of bread and one small package of jam).
This is possibly one of the worst areas where to stay, better choose the area around Long Beach. The staff was very unfriendly as well.
If possible, definitely choose something else.
