Very nice stay.
We had a two bedroom apartment and it was more than enough for the five of us!
Well equipped and whit beautiful view.
Some of the staff at reception struggled a bit whit English but they were always smiling and patient!
I would definitely come back!

The room was basic and old fashioned but very spacious. I had the highest bungalow which was up a lot of steps but the view was incredible. Staff were also some of the friendliest I encountered on my travels throughout Thailand.

Shared the 4 person room with 4 friends. It was a really great place to stay. Fierce AC, clean rooms with an option of daily cleaning, fresh towels and water bottles daily, beautiful view. Yes there are quite a few stairs leading up to the room but this didn't bother us. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night. They have a pool table and beer pong tables in their restaurant/lounge area with a fully functioning bar that serves delicious cocktails (try the mojito). The noise is very difficult to escape in Phi Phi but it honestly wasn't that bad, just used some basic ear plugs and they worked like a charm. There's a lovely pool area for relaxing and a dip. It is important to note that this resort is not party-focused which was a big plus for us. The pool closes early around 630pm and the bar closes around 10pm. Sounds like there is an issue on Phi Phi with their water system but we didn't ever have an issue with this in our room. I would certainly come back here and would recommend to anyone.

Avoid this place at all costs! Way better places just around the corner from this horrible place. We booked our stay here and were very excited. When we got to the hotel, they put us in a room that had sewage smell. On top of that, the doors and windows wouldn’t fully close so mosquitoes were entering the room. We asked to change rooms, they showed us a couple more options that were basically the same. The manager refused to talk to us as well and the front desk staff was incredibly rude to us. Exhausted and wanting to make sure we got a good night sleep, we found another hotel around the block. We asked for a refund due to early checkout and they refused to give us our money back, not even for the second night. TLDR; don’t book this place. We can get better value for your buck somewhere else.

Great view from our room but had to take about 50 steps to get there, but there was help with our luggages. The room for 3 was big, good bed just the bathroom was to be renewed and cleaned a bit better. The cocktails at the bar were not the best but not horrible either...

Everything was great about our stay at Philharom. The location is close enough to town to not have to walk far, but far enough up the hill to not hear the late night parties. The pool was nice and the AC worked really well in our room. Everything was really clean. The porters were awesome and picked us up and dropped us off/carried our bags at the ferry pier. Would stay here again.

Terrible terrible place. Stayed here one night and left even though we paid for 3. Sheets were stained with love juice. Mold and ants in the bathroom. The rooms are way way too high up a vertical hill. Don’t forget anything when you leave your room. Pool is ugly.
