Overall a pleasant 15 night stay for me and my family

Liked · Good location, decent sized room, and very reasonably priced. The hotel is within a 10 minute walk of Patong Beach, and many restaurants. There's a Family Mart just 10 seconds walking from the hotel and a couple of 7/11s within a 2 minute walk. Nice mountain view from our balcony. Daily room cleaning. The owner is a very polite, considerate and accomodating gentleman, which made our stay more pleasing, he also got us a good price on a Taxi back to the airport, so thank you for that.

Disliked · The receptionists are lacking at times with customer service and come across as lazy and miserable. My wife asked for some tissue paper from one of the receptionists and was told later, which never happened, maybe she was too busy sitting there playing on her phone. They could do with some training, they needent look far as the owner just needs to pass on his customer service skills to them, But, other than that is was a pleasant stay.

I only recommend this hotel if you are on a strict budget and there is no other options available. To start, there were about 4-5 worms in our room, a huge crack on the ceiling, dirty walls, etc. Now, I know not too expect so much from such a cheap hotel. But I was surprised at how good the reviews were. My biggest problem with this hotel wasn't the dirty room. It was the manager. She was just so rude, I really couldn't believe it.

I know the saying is "the customer is always right" and I don't even believe that. But I do believe that no matter the circumstances, as a manager you still treat the customer with respect.

The best thing about this place is the staff are really friendly. The rooms are very good considering how cheap they are. The view of the sky from the balcony was amazing, especially at sunset. The balcony however was next to a sewage treatment plant, which means I never could actuallyu200b open the door of the balcony. The bathroom is okay. The room comes with an electric kettle, free coffee packs, and a refrigerator. The WiFi is fast and free. There are convenience stores within a 2-minute walking distance. The beach however is a 15/20-min walk away. Overall it is a very good budget hotel.

Room was very clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, good facilities. Close to everything necessary but far enough away to be quiet. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend it, especially for the price

Good hotel at this price. The owner is a young Pakistani and very much cooperative. No food facility is available here, but one will find good outside food near by. Bangla Stree is about 1km from here. One can take bike from the hotel as they charge around 200 Bhatt for 24 hours.

3) best staff we have ever seen in our hotel life
4) rental vehicle also best part
5) main thing he suggested best tour package and best scuba diving team that was amazing in our tour plans

Good and budget place. Helpful staff. Near to patong beach and Bangla road. Also near to many indian restaurants. 24/7 reception and one main problem is there is no restaurant or a small shop for buying snacks or water. If you forget getting water from outside you gave to stay thirsty all night ( there is a 7/11 beside the place. But I am not a kind of person who can get up in sleep and walk few meters for water at 4 am !)
