Two stars for kind staff (young woman and man on the reception and two young boys at the restaurant) and nice breakfast. Deposit is too high (2000 baht) for 3-stars hotel; for example: on our first night in Thailand we stayed in 4-stars hotel and we didn’t pay any deposit, then we stayed in hotel on Koh Phi Phi Don which had 3-stars also and for the deposit we paid „only” 1000 baht. Rooms are not that clean, smell is very weird and there are roaches (which wasn’t scary for me because I am a lizards owner but for someone who is afraid of insects it may be traumatizing). Restaurant on the other hand is very clean, with kind staff and good food. We stayed there only for two nights and if we ever come back to Patong I’m afraid we will choose different hotel.

Very nice bedroom and location. It's few minutes away from the night market in which you can find a lot of good stuff and cheap food (fish, fruit, Thai food etc.).
It's about 15 minutes away from Patong Beach and the main street. 5 stars go to the HOTEL.

STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The long haired lady at the reception was so rude and unhelpful. She should learn how to deal with costumers in a hotel!!!!!!
0 star goes to the reception.

I booked for my room on agoda but the room was not available upon my arrival. I was supposed to pay 2000 baht for two nights stay. The manager offered me to stay at another hotel with the same price. I went to that hotel and found that the charge of that hotel is 1400 for two nights. However, tuana patong hotel did not want to return the rest of the money as "it is not possible!" The manager and the staff behaved so rudely and I had to call the tourist police for my safety! The police ordered them to provide me the accommodation in their hotel.Though they followed it, the room condition is so bad. The room no. was not clean, the beds were bad smelly and they didn't provide proper toiletries! They don't even have the phone to call the reception! How can this be possible nowadays! The hair dryer was there but it was not working! I ordered for a large double bed but they provided me a room with two single beds! If these were the condition, why did they take my booking through agoda??? Somebody might say, "you can't expect more than this at a cheap price!" Let me please inform you that I stayed at a different hotel on the first day which charged me 700 baht per night. The service was more than good enough. On the other hand, Tuana Parong charged me 1000 per night but the sevice was so bad!

I don't think I deserve this kind of treatment from Tuana Patong Holiday Hotel as a foreign tourist.

RECEPTIONIST TREAT CUSTOMER LIKE A PIG WITHOUT MANNER. not recommended. room has bad smell. for the cheap price, deposit is too high (1000 baht). My friend wanted to visit but the staff didnt allow to enter the lift! had to pay 300 baht for my friend to come visit me. THE WORST STAY OF MY LIFE

bad smell like vomit, dirty bathroom, no window staff unpleasant bad attitude complained at check in they refused to change room We had 5 superior rooms booked. didn’t work ACs didn’t work. rooms just painted very bad experience by receptionist not recommend for any one to stay here our experience is very bad.

Within walking distance to Jungceylon, Banzaan Market, O-Top. The bathrooms strangely had glass panels and barely adequate blinds, but did not have any locking mechanism. Staff are all friendly and able to speak in English. Door to rooms not closing properly and needing to be slammed to properly close.

I don't recommend this "hotel". Poor quality of service, not working air cond. Worst breakfast I've ever eat.
