People are nice. We just asked them that the water heater isn't working and they immediately fixed it. Literally less than 3 minutes. The housekeeper asks if we want our room to be cleaned. I liked that they ask because we have valuables laying around and we prefer that I would be inside the room also while they clean. She changed the beddings fast. You just need to let the hosts know what you need and they help you. Can't complain about the air conditioning it's very quiet and looks new. I'm a lite sleeper I wake up easily, it's good that the noises especially the motorbikes outside are faint as long as the windows and doors are closed. Living essentials are not as good as the 5-star hotels but over all its good. They have English channels.

Plenty of convenient stores are closed but around this area Family mart and 7-eleven is a short walk away. Access to laundry washer/dryer just infront cheaper than other laundry machines. Renting a motorbike for a month is just 2500 baht at the hair salon nearby.

Neighbors beside the guests house are very friendly.

Beach is less than 10 minutes away by walking. The guest house provided a map for directions.

There are some fantastic budget hotels in Patong.... this is unfortunately not one. Run down structure, dripping tap, thin towels, no blanket. Even though price is low... Better options for a few Baht more.

Everything are old and some air conditioners not working, some are not enough to cool the room. It’s so cheap but so bad. Pay a little more and stay at a better hotel.

First impression was not really good with the staff but after checking in they were nice. The room was very big and well furnished more than my expectations. Unfortunately the AC in my room wasn't working properly and leaking water which was floating in the room. It was more than value for money. The view from my room was very beautiful and surrounded by hills. My experience was great and I will love to stay there again.

It was just 10 minutes walk away from patong beach. Normal hotel nothing much to offer but value for money

Everything was kept spotlessly clean during my stay there. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The furniture was old and broken. The light outside the bathroom where the sink was did not work. The room although is big but not well swept. The mattress was rough. The pricing was good for the area.

Good for the price that you paid. We had very comfortable room with balcony. They were cleaning rooms every they and every day we got new towels. For that price range that we paid that was amazing. The only problem is that is quite far from the beach and we had problems with ants in our room.
