Ants overran the bathroom.
Water flooded the bathroom from shower and clogged drain.
Wifi was not working half the time.

I booked for seven days but chose to move to another hotel after one day. They refused to refund any of my money.

I could go on as there are so many things wrong with this hotel.

TERRIBLE experience.

Do not go here.

One plus, the ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

Please do not go here. I booked this place assuming the property would be good as the one in India but it is not.

1. Quality does not justify the brand name / room rate ( I booked for 964 THB/night without breakfast)
2. No frills hotel (No room service / concierge and No Tea/Coffee in room)
3. Staff are not friendly except one (Ms... Sorry difficult name starting with M was helpful). I got zero help while I was trying to understand the area and means of transportation.
4. At times no one at reception.
5. Phone in room does not work.
6. The most important....I found bed bugs on my bed.
7. Though the beds are soft but full of stains and bugs.
8. Good location i.e. 10 mins walk from Jungceylon shopping center and Bangla Walking Street and Patong Beach right at the end of Walking Street.
7 Eleven (Shopping Mart for daily needs) right opposite the hotel.
Indian restaurants at 15-20 mins near Jungceylon.

Pool is green and infested with algae, and the shower is constantly clogged and flooded all the time. The WiFi is rather slow and the room has a distinct odor, just like the corridor as well. The bed sheet is not properly cleaned, you can feel the filthiness when sleeping on it.

However, the good side is the location where it is very strategic and just few minutes to many attractions such as Jungceylon and Bangla Road. And the front desk staff is very friendly.

Great place, a 10 min walk away from town. Great staff, pools open 24/7, clean rooms. Came back here twice! Fresh water everyday in your rooms. Air con works well. Fresh towells everyday. Good place to stay. Would reccomend...

Great Hotel and Service Experience. The staff were friendly, and the Indian Manager Mr. Sushil was really good.
Good breakfast and 24hr access to the roof top swimming pool..
Loved it....

Great property at the main road in patong phuket. Mr. Sushil doshi Gm of this property is a nice person who is always present at the peoperty foe guest support. Very tastefully developed rooms at great prices. Main season starts from December to March when the room tariff is on hike. Rest of the year the rates are amazingly low. You can have drink facing the crowded road here.

Patong Dynasty hotel is a middle class hotel which did not serve any breakfast at least at the time we were there in low season. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean with AC. The drawback that I found there was the room allocated to us only had a window and no balcony so smoking was forbidden in the room. Not an issue for non smokers but if you smoke make sure you get a room with balcony. Apart from that I would stay there again if we return.
