Rooms are ok. If you want a budget room, this hotel will fit the bill. It's on one of the main roads and opposite to 7/11. Few restaurants are near by which servers thai and indian food. Its 20 minutes walk to the beach and 30 minutes walk to Bangla road.

The room which we stayed was decent and basic. But the tap in the sink was almost broken and shower head was rusted. The mirror in the room was also broken. After 11 pm there is no lift and reception. The stairs are really confusing to find the room since we will be new to the property.

Best fit for not more than 2 to 3 days of stay.

The over all hotel experience was great. The size of the room is ok for us without any big luggage. The room was perfect for what we were looking for. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel staff. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a warm welcome.

The hotel sits in a good location. The surroundings of the hotel is just superb. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The room did not smell good. The size of the room was great. Wifi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hotel was booked at a reasonable price.

Sister stayed here approximately 9 months ago and noted some issues. Management handled it. Came back to stay 2 more times after that. Spacious rooms, good price, helpful staff, everything you need downstairs, massage, restaurant, souvenir, family mart, 7-11, currency exchange...

The surroundings of the hotel is quite nice. There are some good restaurants nearby. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were comfortable like crazy. Most people are willing to accommodate your needs. The best feature is the convenience. Its good place to stay in.

Good value for money. Really a good choice where the location is just nice - away from the busy bar street, and convenient as you can just grab anything you need nearby from the 24-hour convenient shops around. However, there are still some imperfection here and there, such as the floor has cracked and Wi-Fi signal is somehow not stable. Overall it's a good stay.

If you are booking this hotel through different sites, dont trust the photos, rooms look different. it is cleaned daily, but backyard there is like a canal and smells so bed. I could not open a window to refresh my room.
Outside of this, stuff was nice, housekeeping very attentive. Just dont get confused, before you enter the hotel reception, there is a shop on the ground floor. You will need 15 min to Patong beach, location is ok, far from the city's noise.
