This is probably the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. Hotel staff are ill tempered and notorious. I spend one 'nightmare' night in this place with my kids. Was too scared of the place and people.

Frankly, I found services in this country pretty much 'white skin' focused. If you are brown or black, you are least prioritized, or ill treated.

If you are traveling with family and kids, this place (or may be this country as a whole) is strongly forbidden.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of this month. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staffs in hotel are very nice. In general the amenities are excellent. In good location of the city. Everything was moderately priced. Rooms are indeed small as compared to the standard of the country.

With the excitement of coming to Phuket, I booked this hotel because the reviews were good and the hotel was im the down town. Oh my God, I had the worst experience of my life as a traveler. The room was dirty, full of hair, the bathtub and the shower curtain was full of mildew and dirty, The toilets do not work well. In top of it, when I was taking a bath, I ran out of water and after 30 minutes, they fix the problem. They claimed us for a stained towel never used and we had to pay for it because they would call the police. We paid for breakfast that they never gave us. When we went down to complain, they treated us badly and rudely, they sent us to shut up. Very unprofessional and lastly poor service, lack of self-control and little education. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

All the staff are really friendly, they made me really happy to stay here with their smile. Room was very clean everyday, when we go outside we can leave room key at reception. And hotel not far from shopping mall and patong beach. Will definitely be back.

The room we got was very spacious and good. Only problem we faced was our room was on fifth floor and lift went for repair for 4 days of our stay. It's located on a quiet street and good view from its windows

Good and clean place to stay. There is the fridge, kettle and also toiletries. Staff is nice and helpful! Just the bed was very hard, so we had to sleep on the duvet, but still that wasn't comfy.
