Don’t under any circumstances stay here! The pictures make it look like a nice hotel, but it actually looks nothing like the pictures. It’s dirty, smells bad, and is falling apart. There’s no elevator either and the guy working didn’t even offer to help my friend and I carry our luggage to the 4th floor. The halls were dirty, as there were piles of dirty sheets laying around. When we got to our room, we found bed bugs. We ended up leaving and checked into a much better hotel. Don’t let the charming pictures fool you!

Don’t be fooled by the charming pictures - this place is a dump! There rooms are unclean, falling apart, and small. Upon checking in, we hauled our luggage up FOUR flights of stairs because there’s no elevator, and found bedbugs on the bed. We immediately turned around and left. Don’t stay here.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. only used markerpen for the room number. when i opend the door inside the room filled with an unpleasant smell. Broken furniture, broken safety box, broken everything, and the toilet door can't be completely closed. It's a terrible nightmare. The night its full of bugs caa't imagine how i will be after the night .Seeing such a bad environment hotel, I found a new one without any hesitation.

Friendly staff but small rooms. Pictures shown on Agoda are extremely photogenic unlike the rooms.

Also you will need to call and confirm with hotel if your online booking is received. We got denied accommodation even after online payment at Agoda.

Would surely expect better communication between hotels and websites.

We found a price on hostelworld and just turned up in the morning unannounced. We were told a different higher price for the same room. I said that we had found it cheaper on hostelworld and could they not just match it? They were unhelpful at this point and refused to match the price dispite the owner being there, so I proceeded to book at a lower price through the hostelworld website. After, sorting out the room I found the stay enjoyable. The hotel is very quirky which I enjoyed. Good price, clean although a little basic (this is what we wanted) and not too far from the beach. Staff ended up being helpful for the duration of the stay. Gave good tips for local services.

I went here bcz just look hotel near patong. And I got low rate at ~$4/night from travel apps. Room clean, and very big for budget hotel. Better then dorm room. They have hang clothes inside and outside (Lil balcony). They even serve hot water at bath.
But, they dint have a doormat in front of bathroom. I think this is family business as long as a stay I just saw 1 staff at the morning, rest of it just they're family at front desk. So don't ask for they always smile like usual hotel, bcz I think they didn't take hotel class before. And yaa, dont forget it. If u want to checkout at morning. Pls take a note. No one there before it reach almost 9am!
But yeah. Can't ask more for budget hotel.

5 stars are also less for this one! They helped us to check-in the middle of the night in one of their available rooms when we had no prior reservation in hand. Great rooms and very helpful receptionist! A great option to stay in Phuket!
