Did not stay at the hotel, but met the owner who was very nice and geunine. It's rare to see people like him so wanted to leave a review that he will likely give you a great deal! Made it home safe btw ????

It is a good place but our room does not have window... it was really dark.

They cleaned the room just 2 of the 4 night we stayed there.

One of the lady (reception) is really good and help a lot, however, there is a other guy who never help us properly.

It is good match price-service.

It is good location.

We had a great time!! Room cleaning service, full control of aircon, laundry service and the family and staff that run the place are incredibly friendly and helpful. This spot is just off the main road so it’s a bit quieter which we appreciated but still walking distance to everything. Definitely a good deal for the price, and area!

The bed was the most comfortable ever. I found the entire hotel to be very clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend and I. The young lady and *** that worked there were very friendly and polite. Its lovely to see but lovely not to be on the door step.

People working there are very nice and this is the first and the last positive thing. All rooms have windows but the majority of them are at the corridor. The owner should invest moneny into the bathrooms which are awful. The duvets have stains, the curtains are far from fresh. The air conditioner was extremely dirty. The lock in our room was broken. Anyone could open the door, even if it was locked. Of course it was repaired for us. If I were the owner of this hotel I would be ashamed of such conditions.

We loved our stay in Hollywood Inn Love. Room is clean and have balcony. Room is a nice refuge from the hot sun. The staff is very friendly and talkative which I like. My husband got sick, and the hotel staff took care of us like we are the family.

The hotel is located in a very good location. It is in the walking distance from the jungceylon mall. The owner of this hotel is very helpful. He helped me to arrange bike also at a cheaper price. Also he speaks multiple language which is a plus. I stayed 3 days in this hotel and liked every thing.
