I arrived quite late after a long day of travelling and recovering from food poisoning so was well in need of rest. Had booked a double room with air con but got a room on the 5th floor (no lift) which consisted of nothing more than a bunkbed and fan and was quite cramped. The hall was air conned through the night but the little fan above the bedroom door was not adequate enough to relieve the room of the humidity and the fan above the bed didnt have the angle to point directly to where i was trying to sleep. The balcony is reasonably sized with quite a nice view over the town and there is a shared bathroom u0026 kitchen for the floor which was quite good. It included a toaster, microwave, kettle and 2 hobs with saucepans etc so quite useful especially if on a budget. Rated low due to my experience with the room but other rooms could be ok

Friendly owner- She is from China. great location, clean Washroom and beddings. Good wifi. Water bottles given to us daily. I got the opportunity to choose the room. Great housekeeping.

Many shops, supermarket, restaurants nearby.

Stayed in deluxe twin bedroom, July 2017. Its a very nice, cosy and tidy place. Some people might find the rooms and bathrooms too small, but we were ok with it. The stuff is nice and friendly though their English isnt great. The location is perfect, near Patong beach and all the shops and restaurants.

Room was tiny. Deceptive photography used to show it bigger. Very loud place. Heard cars all night long. Bed incredibly hard. "shower" area very dirty and essentially on top of the toilet.

Very bad place,
When we arrived, the room wasn’t cleaned so we had to wait 30 minuets, when we got the room the WiFi on our floor was out of order, and there was no water in the tap or in the shower. The staff was rude and didn’t even apologised.

Worst place to stay with AC not working and rooms having no air coming inside. For singles and students definitely good for cheap price. For family it's impossible

Great place to stay. Staff very helpful and reasonably prices. I stayed in the hostel type area at the top and it was great for the price with an awesome view of Patong.
