Cheap and cheerful (in a good way), well located (near a great night market with excellent quality food and eager friendly service, very near the walking route to the beach), friendly helpful staff, they referred a great tour reseller who sells the tour packages to the hotel guests at a great price (less than half the price of others, located next door to the hotel) and overall a great experience. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in a hotel in their price range.

Colora hotel is very easy to locate. The location has a lot of other amenities, 7-11, family mart and etc. The rooms are acceptable if you planning for a budget trip. The room is comfortable. I took the family room. The customer service is great and helpful. Attend to all our needs. For halal food, there are a few halal restaurants nearby 5 - 10 mins walk.

I mean.. there isn't really much to this place. The air conditioning was in a place where we couldn't adjust it from our bed (sounds petty but quickly turned to be an annoyance in the middle of the night!) The fridge was quite large and actually worked really well!

We were promised a room with a view, what we got was a wall.

You have to leave your key at the front desk, but we often found the boy manning the desk wasn't there! Annoying when its late and all you want to do is go upstairs and lay down.

The cleaners are super cute and if you leave a do not disturb sign at your door they will leave water bottles outside.

Reception is friendly and attentive..

Suggestions:-
A)Need to improve security if reception no there basically anyone can go in.
B)Time to change toilet valve for hot shower/tab for sink and shower head.Why? water mark+rust
C)Some bed already in bad condition time to change.

Anyway is budget hotel so no complain just suggestion :)

Place is quite decent, with decent size rooms! I think it is good for budget travellers. In market area on main road, so easily accessible!

Most of the things like broken toilet got repaired instantly by hotel management!

If you not looking for Novotel, Radisson, then this is a good choice!

Very nice and cheap hostel. The reception is 24/7 open. The yakuzi is accessible from 10am to 8pm. Beds and rooms are generally clean but you may find some dust on furniture. It's just a short walk to the beach but there is also a free shuttle two times a day.

I read the review about this hotel and had big expectation, so I booked and paid a room 2 months before in order to avoid the fullybooked room. But then 6 days before my check-in date, I was told that all their rooms have been fullybooked as I've booked and paid since 2 months ago. this is so unfair!!! Patong area is very popular as most of good accomodations are fullybooked so rapidly. So disappointed! A good hotel with a good rating supposed to be more professional and checked their reservations more regularly!!!
