It's a great place if you just want a comfy place to stay. If you're on a budget, you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck.

It's situated in a great location and several groceries and bars and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The Patong beach is also barely a 10 minute walk.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the owner seemed friendly also.

Room was clean and inexpensive. We booked a standard room which is according to the pictures about 25m2 but when we checked in we got a very small room approx. 14m2, so small we couldn’t even open our suitcases at some place on the floor, saying this was the only room left. You’re not allowed to take the room keys with you but the reception was not occupied all the time, which is kinda odd. Weirdest thing was that the key to the safe was with the room key unattended at the reception. Met 3 staff ladies, 2 were friendly as you are used to with Thai people but 1 girl was rude and pissed off all the time!! She couldn’t smile one time....no influence I want on my holidays. :( Don’t rely on the pictures regarding room size!

Not so Great. It's a good location to have a good view. But the food is just average and the rooms are OK. Hospitality rating in terms of service is just below average.
Last words. If you don't get your booking anywhere else; then this could be the place

Book a room with breakfast included. Too hot and muggy to search for a place to eat although everything is walking distance. So much people and limited sidewalk. But the hotel is nice and tidy. Owners speak perfect English. Staying here is affordable

Good place to stay, clean and welcoming staff. The issues are it's good location comes with a con that its noisy even at night sue to passing by vehicles.
It has no elevator/lift.
Wifi was too weak in room.

Nice stay, staff always on hand.
Walking distance to Jungceylon if you don’t mind walking.
Room was basic but comfortable. Aircon worked well. WiFi dropped in and out but enough. Complimentary water each day was appreciated.

The BEST hotel to stay I can say for the price we provide. Very neat and clean and it should be rated 5 stars for that. Smiling receptionist and friendly Rob- owner Wil make your stay pleasant. Breakfast was served hot and very tasty. Daily rooms were cleaned and fresh towels given. Safety box available at room. Perfect large bed and good pillows. Excellent location near 10 mins walk to junceylon shopping mall and 15 mins walk for Bangla road. 3 mins walk to 7/11 or Family Mart store. An Indian restaurant also available opposite its name is Curry Twist -But taste is below average.We have a best Indian restaurant near Bangla road , Madras Cafe and it's taste is very good (but expensive). Daily 2 water bottles were given for free, thanks for that as many star hotels don't give anything for free. Many hotels expect advance of 500 Bhat per day but these guys Wil never ask that deposit also.
Bike also available for rent at 250 Bhat/per day . Better you get bike here as deposit wont be received by hotel. Almost 35 Kms from airport and 700 Bhat for taxi, you can opt for shared van at 180 Bhat / per person. A small glitch is of non availability of lift, which may be required for old people. I didn't need that lift as I'm fit and fine...Lol. To conclude you should be 4 star hotel. Keep up the good service. I will visit here for sure.
