Simple but a comfortable private room for cheap so cannot complain. The staff who work at the guesthouse are incredible, they could not do enough for us, helping us with tours, places to eat and just making us feel so welcome. It’s a family run business and the children are adorable, it’s in a quiet area but still very close to everything you’d want to see. One of the friendliest places me and my partner have stayed at. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience. The staff is just amazing. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. It's the small things that really make this place special. The rooms are nice in a very quiet but central area. The guesthouse is right behind the beautiful temple Wat Chiang Mun. The atmosphere could not be better.

We spent a whole week in this lovely Junior Guest House. Everyday it felt like coming home for us.
The staff is the most friendliest I've ever met in my whole life. They helped us every time with our problems to the fullest. They booked tours and taxis for us with an amazing discount. And also the cooking was very delicious and low in price.
The rooms were super tidy. Not just Thailand conditions. Also for german ones.

If you want to go to Chiang Mai, especially the old Town, then there can be no other way then staying at the Junior Guest House.

Best value place I gound in Chiang Mai. Rooms were a good size, clean with en suite bathroom. Comfortable bed and linen. Located in a quiet street near the north gate. Staff were really nice. Scooters available to rent. Extended my stay a couple of times as I liked the place so much.

Good place to stay in Chiangmai. Nice and clean room with Fan or AC. Nice people and feeling like home. Located inside the old city and easy tp wonder around by foot. Only 2 minutes walk to Wat Chiangman temple which is the first temple of Lanna Kingdom.

I spent 2 weeks there in September/18 and had a great experience. The place is in the old city, walk distance to everthing. The staff was always ready to help and very friendly. Prices are great. You can have your own double bedroom for the price of a backpacker room. Downstairs bedrooms are a little bit noise.

Hotel owners are amazing amazing people. Stayed here with my bf for a quick stop over from Pai to the Islands and the staff from the moment we left the Tuk Tuk were fantastic. Very good value for money. Definitely recommend it to any of my friends travelling to Chiangmai.
