Staff is nice. Price was good. But the showers could use some touch up and cleaning. Rooms also could use a little maintenance (AC needed fixing and outlet was damaged). But all in all worth the cheap price.

Paid 320 baht / Night for 2 persons, so its really affordable. Staff was really nice and helpful. Located very nicely. Rooms were clean, just the bathrooms could be a bit more comfortable.

This place is great value, i was staying in a four bedroom dorm, the room a bit small but it has huge lockers that could probably fit the biggest of backpackers bag, the lady at the front is an absolute angel, always smiling and sweet, everybody that works here speaks english very well, the WiFi works great and there is a very generous breakfast included, eggs and toast , also fruit that they plate up for you in the restaurant right next door. Would stay again !

Staff super welcoming. Make u feel at home.
Bed are comfy. I was in an other place for 180bhats and it was not so quiet as here.
Here i pay 96bhats.. very good for the price. Much better than i expect.
Just wifi is a little bit weak..

So welcoming and helpful it was such a nice surprise, the owner could see I was tired and sore from travelling. She was keen to get me settled and rested, clean property in a great location. Staff couldn't be more friendly, strongly recommend

This place is great value for money since you get breakfast. The best part of the stay was how nice the people were. I would definitely go back if I went back to Chiang Mai.

Room okay, grotty bathroom, had to wade thru flooded kitchen to get to stairs. Stairs and landings were very clean. Pity about the rest
