The staff can speak English and Japanese. They are caring and accommodating to my needs. The downside is the Toilet is not well maintained and the pressure of the water is bad, but you cannot complain because of its price. My shoes was stolen while staying here and I felt that i need to be careful of my belongings. The shoes are placed on the outside of the hostel.

They also have free breakfast (just bread and bananas) and free coffee.
If you are looking for cheap place to stay, then you can stay here! Easy access to the tourist destinations.

Good place to stay in Chiang Mai, really quiet but also close to every thing ! Staff is very nice and friendly, we didn't move from this hostel during our 6 nights tjeir. Beds are good, better than every bed we had for this cheap Price. The capsule concept is perfect as it's cosy and intimate while you meet a lot of people there.
Even if it's not the best breakfast of the city it's really convenient to Start the day.
Toilets ans showers are clean and I never found better for this Price.
Finally, you can book any Kind of activities of bus directly there.
Found the perfect place to stay comfy in this City, with an adorable staff (that can make some good prices) !

Good hostel at a great price. The dorms are are capsule style (but a comfortable size) with privacy curtains, power outlet and a light, so although the dorms have 12 beds, it feels much more cozy! Great A/C!

The free breakfast is coffee and tea, with toast with jam.

Near The Park Backpack House is on the edge of the Old City, right by the moat, and right in the middle of the two weekend markets. Less than 15 minute walk to the Saturday market and 10 minute walk to the Sunday market. Both are worth a visit! The hostel is not very close to the week-day night bazaar, but there are quite a few restaurants and street-side-carts within 5-10 minutes walk.

The WiFi is good, but the common area isn't great for spending a long time
on laptops if this was your plan. The common area is also pretty small, so the hostel is missing a bit of a social atmosphere, but it's great if you're visiting for privacy or want to take a break from socialising with people.

Small-ish bathrooms, but didn't find them to be a problem.

The staff are all nice and helpful, helping make this hostel a great place to use as a base to explore Chiang Mai (also very close to the airport, but so is most of CM!) Late arrivals are no problem!

Tin is the best host ever in the whole thailand and I’m not exaggerating! The price is really good, very close to the airport (5 min) but in the old city, near everything, in front of the water! The hostel itself is ok, the kitchen is dirty, the breakfast is basic, toilet with a lot of insects, AC in the dorm, I liked that the beds were in cubicle, it’s more private!

It exceededmy expectations in many aspects, but there were 2 downsides. My bunk bed was not as clean as I wish it was (some hairs from previous people), and the bathroom, despite being kept fairly clean, it was a kind of run-down. It's still was a great deal value for money.

Hostel is great! People are amazing and the beds are comfortable and clean. I even left some of my stuff there and they offered to ship it to me. Can't recommend it highly enough

Nice stuff,good location,goed chill airco and hard beds. Nice place to stay for a few days but do not expect much from breakfast because it's just toast with butter and jam. But not course for the price van not be more.
