I loved the location near the old city wall. The owner and her neighbors were all extremely helpful and kind to us during our stay, I feel we became good friends with them. We will definitely return here the next time we are in Chiang Mai, and I would recommend this place. Nothing but courtesy and respect!

Any time again :-) *recommendable*
The staff is very helpful, nice and friendly.

The rooms are clean and big with an own bathroom, luggage store room, huge main room, tv, fridge, desk and fan. We really liked it.
We had some issues with a travel agency and they were helping us to get some money back. That was really amazing :-)

The room was nice. Not so comfy but just got what I need : a bed and a fan.
It is really difficult to find the owner. Be careful to come there at the special hours and manage to ask all your request at check in..

Quiet place near the old city center, sunday market and few temples (2 minutes to Chiang Mai Wat). One star lower couse receptionist is available in different hours and remote contact sometimes is not simple

Fantastic guest house, clean, good WiFi, hoot water. Location and value for money also are very good.

Nice place, good location to explore the city. Helpful owner speaks English. Very good value for the price.
