The owners were really dedicated to making the stay of their guests as enjoyable as possible. Location was super for the part of town I preferred. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation. Very nice people. The rooms have always been spotlessly clean. We were for the most part happy with our room.

Everything just perfect. Friendly staff and owners, clean rooms, good beds, laundry service, cold beverages at any time and lunch. Excursions can be booked here aswell. And it's not in the main street so not that noisy when your in bed. But everything is just like 4min walk anyways so big thumbs up.

We got a very good weekend rate. The Guesthouse has a perfect location and the owners were really nice. I found the breakfast to be severely lacking. The room was really well laid out for a hotel. I recommended you to stay there, you will have a perfect stay.

I stayed here for lantern festival in November, and it was the best housing choice I made my entire trip. The guest house is owned by a Thai woman and her Swiss husband. Both are warm and welcoming, and they take pride in providing their guests with a first rate experience. The facility is very clean, and the location couldn't be better. Make sure to try the muesli for breakfast!

The best place to stay in Chiang Mai. My partner and I are traveling for 14 months around the world now, and it's the first time that we have such lovely hosts. They will help you for everything you need, they will do their best to find the answers to your questions, just amazing. The food is awesome, don't hesitate to take breakfast or dinner there, it's always good. The bedroom are the cleanest you could have, very comfy, with everything you need. Perfect situation to discover the city.
At Wayside guesthouse, you will feel just like at home, with people who are always happy to see you.
Thank you for these few days, it was a real pleasure to have you in this part of our trip, you helped us a LOT.

I love everything i havê nothing to say bad about this accomodation. The double bed room is so big. The room was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the hotel itself were incredibly kind and accomodating. There is as well a loundry service and a great café just around the corner.

We saw the recommendation, and it was accurate: very good service, very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Their connections to bike, scooter and rental services were both useful and helpful when we had issues with the scooter company. I'd go back anytime.
