One of the best hotel I have been to. Room was really nice, fully-furnished and clean.
There is an aircon which is working good. Bathroom big. Big bootles for shampoo and body gel.
Food is really good, but a little bit expensive.
For breakfast you can order toast, egg, ham, becon.. so not Thai food :(. However still quite good.
And breakfast starts at 8.30 am (really late for me) and there was no information about it.
Stuff speak poorly in English, but is really kind and friendly. We were given cup of coca cola as we came to the hotel :)
WiFi works fast enough.
Despite the fact that I didn't enjoyed koh samet at all, I liked this hotel.

Firstly We were kindly welcome by the owners. We had to wait a few minutes so the owner gave us a can of Coke. At the beginning room was clean. Convinient bed, clean bathroom. Bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Only one per person. No soap to wash hand in sink. Noone is cleaning the room during our stay, no new towels and cosmetics. Noone cares about the room after you got the key. Owners were usually very nice. The man gives us a free fruits a few times. Breakfast is good but serving very late. Begin at 8:30 am. When you checkout early morning you can't eat breakfast included in price. In place of breakfast owner give us plate of fruits and hot coffee on the last day.
We decided to stay on the Island a few days less than we expected so we wanted to checkout earlier. There is no way to get money back for the days you want to resign. But owners are really helpful to find the way to get your destination.
They don't know English very well but are really trying to understand. If you can't communicate with them you can always use Google translate.
But comparing with other hotels this one was really good and safe. You need to only remember to get your own towel and bath cosmetics.

Excellent restaurant in koh samet, in my option probably the most friendly and welcoming owners on the island. The food is cooked fresh with daily produce. Excellent location right In the middle of the action. The WiFi is free and super fast. Prices are cheap, definitely worth a visit.

Best food on the island! Ate here twice and highly recommend it! Super friendly, fare prices and really good food! Its way better than all the other over priced places that you can find on Ko Samet! They even though us some Thai words too!

Nobody cleaned the room in 4 days, not bring toilet paper or change towels.
During a heavy rain water started pouring inside the room through the air conditioning.
Also they have an ant problem, many ants through the walls

Cheap hotel with great room. However there are no swimming pools and place to relax
