very kind staff and owners! i went and was the only customer. it’s a great hostel for when you just want to sleep and then get up and explore the island. the room is air conditioned , the beds and bathrooms were private and the showers were warm

Great Hostel! Interesting (nice) dorm concept, kind of like a spacious capsule with privacy. Adjacent hot showers. The owners are really great and friendly, they take care of you and are chatty if you want to and leave you alone when you want to. Very comfy (small) bar area with clean pillows. Overall very clean! You can also book through their Facebook page by contacting them. I stayed a week and enjoyed it very much.

I spent 4 nights at Olly's about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely loved it. The room is always clean, there is a lot of space for luggage, beds are quite big too and you can get a bit of privacy thanks to the design.
Toilets and showers also very clean and there's enough for everyone in the room.
The bar is really cool, you should also try the food. Prices are pretty reasonable compared to the rest of the island.
Last but not least, the owner (Golf) couldn't be more friendly and helpful. He is a really nice guy, anything you need just go ahead and ask him. I absolutely recommend this place and if you are a solo traveler you will find people to hang out very easily as everyone chills at the bar when they're not around the island.
Golf, I will definitely visit you and the beautiful Koh Samet island again buddy ;) Thanks for everything!

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a very unique dormitory. Sweet bar with comfy pillows in front. We got our own safe storage with a lock for our stay. Mattresses were a bit hard, but overall great value for money!

Really cool space, w cool staff, and cool guests. My boyfriend and I slept comfortably in the double cabin. There were no mosquitoes or insects of any sort inside, if these things freak you out. Definitely clean. The location is great, as you’re just a short walk away from the beach, and close to the middle of everything else.

Hostel is pretty close to pier and close enough to main beach. Towel is provided. Sparkling clean. Strong AC. Staff friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately we didn't try anything over the bar, probably good. If you come from the pier the hostel is on the right side of the road right (likely you will be walking on the foot path which is only in one side of the road, hostel will be the opposite side).
Tip: the 7/11 shop just outside pier see mosquito patches, stock up.

Really great hostel. Located in the middle of koh samet, close to the docks and the beaches. Olly is a great host, very friendly and takes the time to learn each guests name which is a nice touch. He was always taking the time to make sure everyone had enough air con and making sure the place was clean.
The sliding doors for the dorms are a nice touch, gives that extra bit of privacy yet the beds are still cool from the AC.
The breakfast in the mornings was superb and good value for money, Olly also suggested places to go for dinner in the evening that did not dissapoint.
The common area out front is very cosy and great for meeting people.
Could not reccomend this place enough and if im ever back in Koh Samet will be sure to stay here again.
