You should really find better on the island for a similar price, it s noisy, dirty, and not maintained... The staff is not Thaï and speaks a very limited english. After 1 night in this place, I finally find koh Samet's vibes on a nice beach..

Lovely place close to the beach. Off the road so very quiet and peaceful. Nice big rooms and wonderful friendly staff!

Good service...the room is a bit old cos it's on the beach. Smell a bit humid. Still ok cos you just gonna sleep there not stay there the whole day. So I give 4 star.

Great stay.. Good location close to everything like 7/11, beach and restaurants.. House is comfortable everything is good.. I will definitely come back..

Good price considering local prices in Ko Samed.
Stuff is very kind and helpful. Today we unfortunately had to check out from a room here because someone already booked it, but some people were going to check out from another room in the evening, so the stuff suggested that we leave our bags in their room, go hang out, and now we just took our bags and arrived to that another room that was very clean and supplied with all hygiene items as always.

Great value! Room was very nice. Comfy bed, and lots of space. I can definitely recommend this place, especially for the price. One small caveat... at night there is a pack of yappy soi dogs down the street from the office. I would avoid walking down that way at night. Go around back and down the hill.
