Firstly - clean, lovely, comfortable rooms. More than reasonable prices. Would 100% stay again, no questions asked. The owner, staff, u0026 local residents were all more than welcoming to us u0026 deserve huge credit to making the stay so pleasant. Ko Samed is only a small island, so even though this hotel isn't on the beach front, it's less than 5 minutes to all the entertainment, great food u0026 sandy shores you could ask for.

I got double room with sofa bed. Overall I'm very happy with my stay. Super clean, zero bugs even though the window shutters were slightly opened (couldn't close them). I didn't have the towel provided but I quickly got it upon asking. There was no view from the window from the room I was staying in but that's fine. Didn't need it anyway. It was a bit loud in the beginning as someone outside was constantly laughing but after like.. 10:30pm it got very quiet. The room was very big. Shower worked ok. 2 soaps provided. I kinda missed shampoo but maybe I haven't noticed it? 1 new toilet paper provided. 3 bottles of water if I'm not mistaken. Fridge. Aircon working. Big bed.

It's close to the main beach but everything is close as it's a small island ;-) Main beach was too crowded so I don't know if next time I would stay near it. Either way. The guest house itself was very nice and the staff was friendly. As said, biggest plus was the cleanness. I definitely recommend.

Easy to find just 150 m off the main road, close to the beach and the bars, shops and the pier. Our fan room on the third floor was very quiet, cool, no mosquitos. I'd recommend it for a quiet vacation.

It's was clean and you have air conditioner on the room. VERY GOOD PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. Nice whit kids and other people. Ca 7min to walk to the beach. Food you have right over the street and ca 4min walk.

Open windows which cannot close letting in mosquitos. Beds are brick hard even by Thai standards.

They charged me 900baht but the room was a 500baht room at best.

Friendly staff was the only positive.

Poor accommodation, ants crawling in my food within hours, window not closable to block outside noise. Cheap price is a plus.

Very friendly, very easy to access. Rooms clean and air conditioned. Good value for money
