Good stuff, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are good value for your money. I like the fact that you can have your AC working all day and the fridge stays on if you leave the room. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the bed and pillows are way too hard for my comfort. Also , if your neighbors are loud you'll definitely hear them. Overall a good stay.

It is in a good position in a centre of a little town, close to the beach yet very quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable, they clean it per request. I also rented a motorbike from the owner it was a good idea to drive around. all in all, good holiday spot.

The cheapest place I found with A/C, but not really cheap. I think the accommodations on the whole island is marked higher because of tourists. You can walk from the pier, but from the intersection at the main road, it is uphill all the way to this place. Tiring if you have baggage. Check in is informal, you just hand them the cash and no logs needed. I didn't even show my passport to them. They have motorbikes for rent but I suggest that you rent from the pier so that you don't have to walk after check out. Rental price seems to be the same for all shops.

Two stars for a location. It's a calm place. We spent there 3 days. No one cleaned our room. Conditioner is above your head. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. For the same price you can book a 4**** hotel in Pattaya or Hua Hin. At the ground floor you can meet an angry owners dog.

Worst bed in my life, not able to clean my room, no broom or mop, sand everywhere. Every night weird loud sounds from bathroom. Absolutely can´t recommend.

Rude staff, absolutely unprofessional. If you can't even show the decency of talking in a polite way to a potential paying customer on the phone what should I expect to find after you received the money?

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Good price for the area, the woman we booked with was polite, and I really like our room. There was a fridge, a water boiler, instant coffee, and soap for us. When we wanted to get breakfast before we checked out, she said she needed to clean the room for a booking, but offered to let us leave our stuff while we ate.
