Very Loud location. The walls is so thin so you can hear your neighbor's speaking from your room. You can also hear roosters screaming all day and all night due to the rooster fighting area that is right behind the "bungalow".
The staff is rarely there to help you and they speak no English.
It's no housekeeping , so If you need some more toilet paper: good luck.
The towels and the bathroom did not smell good.
Expensive for the value and location.
Its alot of dogs there but they are cute and friendly :)
If you need laundry, I recommend you to go somewhere else and not ask the staff. They wanted four times more money than others.

There is a cock fighting ring next door and the roosters make tons of noise starting at 430 am. All the tour boats park out front so by 7 am the engines keep you up and fumes will leak into your room. This place is absolutely terrible for sleeping.

I make it short ....
- stayed 4 nights there
- for price it’s good located
- no need to pay for green taxi to get around island to your hotel
- rent motorcycle there
- owner very friendly
-clean room

Negative (unfortunately)
- cocks are screaming after sun goes up
- pollution of boats as hotel is nearby pier (this goes to seaview rooms , we stayed first night there, rooms are awesome but the pollution of boats came into the room :( - other room no smell

If u need 5-6 hours of sleep in the night and sleeping on beach the whole day this place i can recommend !

Do like we , we Rent the motorbike at hotel and drove to different beaches , why to pay more for the luxury beaches ... and pier only 7 minutes by walk

I would come back every time !!!
