So I looked for an cheap hotel with air conditioning and booked am hotel room at the hotel seaworld. So I got there and checked in but they didn't have any ink for the printer to scan my passport so I had to walk in every one hour to ask for the check in because they told me so.
But it only worked out after the 3rd time.
That can happen so I was happy to enter my room to cool down from the trip.

When I entered the room i recognised that the air conditioner is not working. That was my only requirement so I went down to ask for that. Ms Pong, the owner, just told me that the air conditioner has to be charged extra even if I booked it with air conditioning.

Even after showing her my booking confirmation with the air conditioner she didn't agree and let it off.

Also when I arrived she was complaining about my wound which I unfortunately got and told me to to watch out for it so I don't make the sheets dirty. But still agreed and never mind.

Even more after telling and confirm her all the facts I had she wasn't comprehensible at all to turn on the air conditioner.

At the end I just took another hotel for the same price but with a clean room and an air conditioner close to it.

All in all i never had such an bad experience like that in the sea hotel.
Even if Mrs Pong is nice at the first moment you should be tricked by her.

Pong, the owner is a lovely person, helpful and very kind in all aspects. We got to stay there for quite a while even tho we just needed a place for a night before moving on but found it to be a very relaxing atmosphere.

Stunning view from the balcony!! Nothing disturbing, super room service and warm hospitality.

Very clean room, even every few days she would just come naturally and clean everything to make you feel everytime again to feel like home.

It's soo close to Ao Nang Beach, you can walk there in just a few minutes and find all other shops or activities nearby.

If you need some local tipps or advice, ask Pong, she is always happy to help wherever she can. Well-spoken english and has good understanding, always good for a smalltalk or even longer communication.

We did enjoy our stay at the Sea World Guesthouse because of its location (less than 100m from the beach, 1 million restaurants very close) but above all for the incredibly helpfulness of its owner! She was absolutely kind with us (and my daughter aged 3), and answered our least questions. She advised, managed and booked visits for us with negotiated prices. We would have paid twice otherwise! At the beginning I booked for 2 nights but we stayed 6 nights more as it was so great. Rooms were spacious, cleaned; we appreciated security box, fridge, fans and aircon. Many thanks from my spouse and I and our little "Ling" ;-)

Cheap place, great if you are on a budget. I paid roughly $12 Australian for the small downstairs room with 2 single beds. Private bathroom and shower, no window but multiple fans. If you are backpacking with a friend 6 bux.

The lady who owns it is great for a chat, knows a lot about the local area.
