Incredible value for money, large rooms, central location, free water tea u0026 coffee, strong fan with option to upgrade to AC. Comfy large bed u0026 surprisingly quiet despite the area!
*hotel u0026 rooms are not as old looking as in the photos!!*
Bathroom was worn u0026 old but extremely clean!
Strong wifi u0026 large seating area downstairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Also a rooftop terrace.
100% recommend and will stay again.

I'll keep the location of the place, it's central. For the rest, they charge you for air conditioning! I have to say that they should have an area for guests so that they can make their free self-service coffee. You can't find a kitchen cloth to clean the table after using it or napkins! The staff should take more care of those details... so that people who come to this place feel more comfortable without asking for the things that should be available for use.

Place was central yet quiet. Lots of restaurants around and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff were kind and helped with transport to places. The room was basic (i had no AC as didn’t want to pay extra). Fridge with no water, the curtains didn’t help with keeping light out in the morning. Could also hear when people where moving in their rooms or next door having a shower. There was also ants in my bathroom :/. It’s perfectly reasonable for a budget hotel other than the ants.

Excellent guesthouse with the adequate good price for this area. We came initially there for few days ,but decided to stay for over 10 days as we enjoyed staying there so much. Nice friendly staff, comfortable room with fridge, WiFi, you can pay extra for Aircon ( it's perfect to have option to pay for it or not if you don't need it). I really appreciated the quietness , excellent views from windows, perfect location. You can use hot water to make tea and free drinking water. Stuff were trying to accommodate our needs.

The owner is very helpful and friendly. We reached there and called him up from the number written outside. He came in 10 mins and even helped us with our luggage as our room was on the 4th floor. He helped us arrange a day trip right after we checked in for the same day. And later he helped us book our transport to Phuket in a minivan.
The rooms were cleaned well and spacious enough. There was a cloth hanging rack inside which was really helpful in a beachy place. It's also very near to the beach. There are many eateries and shops nearby. Amazing location. They also have a nice terrace for hanging out with an amazing view. Attached are a few pics I clicked from the terrace. The only con is their reception closes by 6pm. So the free drinking water and coffee become unavailable after that. However the good thing is the owner is reachable at his number so in case you have any issues, you can still call him up. Please don't call for drinking water or coffee, that would be rude. You can buy that for outside very easily or fill up your bottles during the day. Overall recommended stay.

Hotel is really good value for what you pay for. Room was incredibly clean, great fan in the room, bathroom was simple and very nice with a good shower. For the price you are paying this is a really good hotel!
