Not sure why this place doesn’t have any recent reviews? Room is perfect (obviously they are all in different places but mine is great). Cold fridge, good working air con, great size bathroom and water temp/pressure, very clean, wardrobe space and hangers, two light options (important to me as cold lights give me a headache, there is a warm light option), balcony with sun from 1pm through to evening, somewhere to wash clothes downstairs, day trips available. This place has everything. Someone below mentioned a steep hill, it’s only steep for about 10 seconds so don’t understand this complaint. Great room for the price. I’ve paid more for less often in the last three months.

Night time is quiet and good for sleep, but very close to night life.

Very reliable room rental with clean and good wifi but need to little upgrade with lift

Accessibility - Bad. My mom has bad knee and the upward slope to the hotel is horror for her. No lift and they gave 3rd floor room although already asked for ground floor room. Asked the receptionist for a ground floor room and luckily got an exchange.
The bathroom - The water pressure of the water hose was too strong. Asked to lower the pressure but not happening. The toilet was clean though.
There was no water kettle and you need to get your own hot water from the kitchen at the base of the hotel, another downward/upward slope journey for us.
If you have anyone in your travel group that is old and have a bad knee/leg, please avoid this hotel. Overall it's an okay hotel, just that the accessibility was a bad experience for me and my family.

In fact, the whole hotel is very clean. We were treated well by all employees. What struck me was the good size of the room. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. All these can be enjoyed in a reasonable price. Always a great experience staying at the hotel.

Ao nang is a nice place to stay, peaceful and quiet compared to patong in phuket. The staff at this resort are just so friendly and attentive. We got the top room and the view on the sea was really there. Basic but ok and value for money for.

I was there for 2 days while I toured the area. We had a very enjoyable few days there for some much needed travel. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean. Thank you for all employees of the hotel. Location is excellent. Duty free products were also available to buy.

We found Anoang the friendliest place in the whole of Thailand. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel. I was always greeted with smiles. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. Out of season the prices were very reasonable.
