Great location. Room is nice and clean. Shared bathroom was kept very clean while we stayed. The wifi isn't the best but it worked most he time. Great place to stay on a budget.

Ok cool. If you’re looking for proximity to the beach you’re in luck, however this guesthouse is literally a sweat lodge. Wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay here a night. My specific room was advertised as air conditioned, however definitely not the case. Dude, if you want a place to cool off and actually get a wink of comfortable sleep DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice stay here. Air con works fine, shower has warm water, just a quick walk to the beach, shops and cafe. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Cheap place to stay if you want avoid hostels (basically they are both in the same range of price).

Only decent thing about this place was the proximity to the beach... otherwise do not waste your money.
I booked almost a week on advance and when we arrived they had no where for us to stay. They brought us somewhere next store, to a downgraded room.
We then had to cancel our plans for the next day as we wanted to leave first thing in the morning, but had to wait until we could check into the hotel. Unfortunately I booked 3 nights here and we couldnt leave...
Also, while this was happening the front lady assured us we would have that night free. Also to note she spoke and understood English just fine.
Next day I fo to speak with her about it and now she does not understand nor speak any English...
Needless to say we would never come back. The rooms are very very basic. Fridge doesnt work and you have to slam the door just to get it to shut
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This was not nearly worth the money we paid..

We booked the basic fan room with shared bathroom for a night but was upgraded to a really cool room: private bathroom, fridge, tv. We decided to stay another night at the room we actually booked and got a better deal than online. The room was basic but clean, shared toilet was allright, they just need to empty the bins more often. The staff was nice and helpful, always with a smile. Location perfect!

If you want a budget friendly hotel then it's very good, because you gonna spend most of day in the beach and island hopping also Snorkeling. I rather advise you not to book online...come and bargen, see what goes better for you. We booked a dorm for 3 person on 5th March 2020, for only 600 TB .....can you imagine how cheap !! Also it's very near beach , you can literally see the beach from there. Also they have free hispeed WIFI.

Location is fantastic. The room is open at ceiling level to the common hallway by screened but uncovered windows, lights left on all night. The staff was very kind and friendly. Ao Nang is quite an expensive area compared to the rest of Thailand but we got a decent price for a room here. Will definitely stay there again when I return to Ao Nang.
