Extremely friendly staff that were willing to help with all of our needs, some even took the extra step to make us feel accommodated. Not the most fancy place but definitely fit the price point. No complaints here.

I had a great experience at the palace. The staff is extremely nice, helpful and welcoming. The location is also very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the bedrooms nice and big enough for the price we paid.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ao Nang. Great location with restaurants, shops, bars and the beach on your doorstep and attractions such as waterfalls and viewpoints a motorbike ride away. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have nice balcony views. Thank you Palace Resort!

Very very dated and doesnt look like the photos online. Friendly service but seriously needs an upgrade. Room has a questionable scent and overall ressembles a horror movie.

It was so good. The best service ever! Rooms, location and pool are so nice!! Would recommend!!!!

I loved the place.. the staff are cool.. very polite and helpful.. the rooms are clean and cosy... best at this price.. we didn't eat here as we wanted pure vegetarian food but it seemed that the people who tried the food loved it...
