Great place! We stayed here in the middle of June. Very near to Ao Nang Beach (around 3 minutes to walk), convenience stores and to all necessary places. A clean, modern, friendly and trustworthy hotel. They have rooms with a view and cheaper rooms without any view since there is a building along this side of the hotel - this is why these rooms are inexpensive for so centrally located and nice hotel. We chose the cheaper one and liked it much! The room is fresh, with good ventilation, spacious bathroom, a fridge, everything ...

Small with friendly staff. I stayed twice in a three week period having pre booked it advance based on my own previous experience staying there almost a decade ago. It hadn't changed a bit. And there lies the problem. It needs a bit of TLC to bring it up to scratch. The TV didn't work at all (so why have it?), the mattress was awful and in dire need of replacing and the whole place was a bit shabby. That said, the staff are great, it's close to the beach and all facilities and it felt safe. I thought it was a little over priced for the facilities, but that was probobly more down to it being peak visiting time. A kettle would be a very welcome addition. It was the only hotel we visited in Thailand that didn't have one.

The hotel was quite nice. I booked a room with fan. Unfortunately, all room with single bed was booked, so I got a twin bed room. However, the room was quite spacious and the location was near the beach. Many souvenir seller around the hotel. The main issue for me was the bedsheet as well as the blanket was not clean enough. I was using the blanket only for a few minutes and turn out my skin became itchy, so I have to cover the bed with my sarong.

We rent a double room with fan. There was also a mini fridge in it with every day 2 fresh bottles of water . It was clean and tidy. The room is cleaned every day.
The staff was really kind and offer us good services and good prices for the tours to do in Ao Nang (phanang bay and 4 islands). Very good.

Been here couple years before, and rent this place without a high expectation. But they prove me wrong, this hotel is a value for money.
For such a price, they gave you a free wifi, a fridge, a water heatee shower, breakfast ( the pressure arent the best but hey more than enough for me ) and a spacious room with a sea view ( or partially sea view? Didnt have the picture anymore ).
It is close to the beach, within walking distance. Plenty of local food around.
And yes, if I were to be back Krabi, I wouldnt mind coming back to this hotel. Great value for the price.
