Awesome location very near the beach and right in the center of all the action. I recommend getting a room with A/C since air flow (wind) does not really go through easily. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough. Super nice lady running the place- she is always available. My room had a bit of an old smoke smell covered up by perfume scents. No breakfast.

The owner is very kind and accommodating. You can rent rooms one night at a time or over a period. Some rooms have A/C, some just fans. There are only 11 rooms and they vary from 400 baht per night to 500 baht per night. The 500 baht rooms have a couch and a large bathroom in them. Simple rooms but definitely worth what you pay for them and great location a 5 minute walk from Ao Nang Beach.

Great value in AoNang, good location, friendly owner. Fridge in the room and warm water. Clean and tidy.

Price and location are good. The check-in was pretty easy.
