Service was very friendly. Only slightly pushy compared to most suit shops. I was given a very fair price for the jacket, pants and shirt I ordered. However, the person helping me clearly didn’t help me achieve the look I wanted. I told him that I wanted business casual and he gave me a shirt with french cuffs (very formal). I then ordered 2 more shirts and one pair of pants. I specifically asked for regular straight cuffs and both the store manager and owner acknowledged me. They made both the next two shirts with french cuffs. When I asked about it they shrugged it off and clearly didn’t want to change anything. At the end of the day it’s supposed to be custom mens wear that can be altered several times to fit your needs. They did not meet this expectation. I get that they are trying to make money, and covid hurt them but come on. I felt like they were blatantly trying to offload french cuff inventory on me. Quality seems pretty good but we’ll have to wait and see.
