Hotel location is great and room is big. But that's all that is positive. Rooms are dirty (dirty and smelly towels and bedsheets), dirty and smelly toilet with mold. Air conditioning is loud as big truck so you can't sleep when it's on. There is no elevator so if you are on 4th floor as we were it's painful. But the worst is staff that works there, they are watching YouTube videos on their phones 24/7 and it takes like 3-4 times saying hello to them to be even noticed. I wouldn't recommend staying there as for same price there are much better hotels right next to Alisa.

Fabulous little hotel, very well priced, great staff and right in the heart of town. Rooms large and clean and comfortable with balcony. Has all you could want, safe, fridge and air conditioning. Many bars and restaurants just outside and a laundry less than five minutes away. For a budget hotel it tucks all the boxes, would definitely go again.

Room was large, well equipped and clean. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Location was great, a few meters from the beach, bars and restaurants. HOWEVER, a loud noise from the air con would not let you sleep. When i asked reception to change the room, their response was...'all rooms have old air cons. If we change your room, you will have same problem' !!!

Good location, basic room. Clean bed sheets but the room is full with spider-like tiny insects. 4 storey hotel, no elevator. WiFi basically not working (all our previous hotels/hostels had good wifis so far), even though it is 2020 already....

In general I wouldn't recommend this place and wouldn't stay here again.
We've located very nice hotel nearby - Whalecome Aonang Resort. Right next to the Alisa Hotel. Same amount of money but it's much nicer + they have a pool. So if I will be back I will stay there for sure :)

Now regarding Alisa hotel:
Pros:
Location is great
Big room
Safe box in the room

Cons:
Smell in the bathroom
Loud AC
No elevator (stayed on the 4th floor)
Staff was watching videos on YouTube all the time. When I approached reception it took a while to wait for them to actually see me and stop the video ????????u200d♀️
WiFi connection is breaking quite often
Bed sheets are dirty, some kind of blue and dark red spots ????
Same happened to the walls, dirty with weird spots

Well well.. Hotel fine.. Everything is clean.. Nice view from some rooms u can see the heel it is beautiful.. Just no phone in the rooms for calling reception only for dis I will put for them 4 ⭐ and btw they giving a good price for the rooms????????
