Two of us stayed there for 3 weeks in march 2022, room was spacious, it was cleaned very well everyday, all staff from room cleaners to receptionists and restaurant employees, were very friendly and always with a smile. Breakfast was good, but we wished there were more options to choose from. Hotel is close to the airport, so you do hear planes go up and down, but other then that, location is really good. Only thing we wished was better is the swimming pool, it didn’t feel clean at all.
If we are back in Chiang Mai, we are definitely coming back, thank you!

Very friendly for families with young children, clean and big room, affordable price, great location!

The breakfast is rich, the dining environment is clean and hygienic, and the waiters are polite.

Will come back next trip !

I stayed in a room that comes with a kitchenette and washing machine. However, the kitchen is not functional. There is no cooking allowed or any cooking amenities. They dont even provide a handsoap and table cloth for the sink. The washing machine has no dryer option. The staff didnt bother to help with luggage or escort us to the room. The hotel facilities only a small pool. Other than the location, nothing is much about the hotel. I think you may opt for a cheaper room for its location or try other hotels.

No complaints. We had good price. Hotel good location. Room we had very spacious with a balcony and a nice view ????

We booked 'suite twin room'. We were surprised by how big the room is. Seperate area for bedroom and living room. Two televisions. Large refrigerator. Comfortable couch. There's also balcony to get some fresh air. Bathroom is big and can access either from living room or bedroom. Multiple electricity outlet so no problem charging devices. Limited option for breakfast (American bf, rice soup, fried rice), but it all taste great. Staff are very friendly.

Great service. Nice breakfast. Room has everything you need. Reasonable price. There is also a small pool in the hotel area. There are 2 buildings, the main one and the townhouse which is located in an opposite side. The townhouse is more boutique and uniquely designed whereas the main building looks more modern. Love both of them. The only cons is I can hear the airplane sound from the room. But I guess this will happen to most of the accommodation around Nimmanhaemin area anyway. Overall, recommended!

The hotel location is perfect for my business tirp and it is very easy to get to food, cafe, shopping mall . All their staff are extremely friendly and very very helpful. Their breakfast is excellent, you can choose from one of the 4 or 5 sets and their coffee is very nice. The only thing is the breakfast area is outdoor so it can be a bit hot sometimes. but the weather was fine when i was in Chiang Mai. I will be happy to stay there again.
