Nice budget hostel in a convenient location. Good price. Friendly service. However the bed was too hard and it got quite noisy at night you can hear the water running through the pipe or people walking in the hallway while sleeping.

My favourite hotel in Nimman. The location is superb and the room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Super love!!!! ❤️ I'd recommend them to change the free mineral water in bottle to a drinking station that can provide free water for a better environmental friendly way. Because i observed the tons of plastic bottle at the back of the hotel and wonder how they gonna dispose it. We stayed for two nights and already have 5-6 empty bottles....

Great location! Very close to Nimmanhaemin Road.
Very nice entry way/cafe/reception area.
A few parking space available.
Free bottled water! Take as many as you want!
Good workout to go your room as they only have stairs. Room u0026 toilet were clean. My only gripe is that all the noise from the outside can be heard in the room (even if people were not being loud). Hallways are not insulated and little steps and closing doors make too much noise.
Comes with breakfast but not amazing. Coffee sold separately.
Great wifi speed!
Good overall service from booking, check-in, breakfasts, and check out.

Excellent hotel, with a wonderful staff. New, clean, great AC, hit water, comfy towels. They offer drinks, espresso, and snacks in their cafe as well.

The main negative of this place was the lack of an elevator, so if stairs are a problem this may not work. But if that's not a problem, then the price, location, and friendliness of staff make this a very good choice in the upscale Nimman neighborhood.

Good location, you can walk to the mall, restaurants and business nearby. The room is very clean and breakfast is also included.There's free bottle water. The staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. There's no elevator, but we didn't mind walking up the stairs.

This is great place to stay in my case. WiFi is strong. Everything is smooth. The check-in. The room is in spacious condition compare to other posh hostel in Nimman street area. Everything works fine. Basic amenities like Hair Dryer is found. I'm pleased so far. My room has no great view whatsoever but it was quietu0026 peaceful during the night. You have to give 500 THB deposit for the key card is probably 1 thing you should know in case you are on tight budget. You get it back when you return the key card. The hostel located a bit deeper in Nimman road soi 2 this helps you have quiet night sleep.
