After two temporary crowns placed and waited for one month for evaluation, the doctor told me I would need root canal treatments on one or both teeth by their specialist. Then the receptionist came to me and said I'd need to wait another month to be seen. Why one more month? I told her that I will be out of country in a month and I need this done soon. Only then she finally told me that the specialist is out of town for a month. Basically she was tricking me to wait another whole month to keep me there. She ended up referring me to another dental clinic nearby, but I chose to come to CIDC in hopes to be treated by their doctors, by driving extra miles. Total disappointment!! It would've been better and more honest if she said UP FRONT something like "Unfortunately our specialist is out of town for a month, and you can wait for him to return or I can arrange a referral." The dentist there seemed to have done okay, but the clinic lost my trust completely.

I visited CIDC for a check up and clean but also for an investigation into a rather old and deteriorating molar onlay, which needed to be replaced.

The surgery is world class with a pleasing aesthetic and state of the art technologies and equipment. I was treated by Dr Lee, a very skilful, gentle and patient dentist who will put trepeditious patients, such as myself, at ease and make your treatment simple and painless. Costs are very reasonable for the quality of offering

I also took the opportunity to get a new nightguard made and this was done by digitally scanning the teeth rather than the traditional method of an impression tray. The digital method is far easier, more accurate and quicker and I highly recommend it for any kind of guard.

I will definitely return to CIDC and Dr Lee for future check ups and treatments.

I dread going to the dentist, as I was so traumatized from watching MARATON MAN as a kid. THAT chilling scene between Dustin Hoffman sitting on the chair and Lawrence Olivier, as the dentist, interrogating: IS IT SAFE? IS IT SAFE?!!!

The fear is totally irrational, I know. So, based on a string of 5-star reviews heaped on CIDC, I made an appointment for deep cleaning and a couple of fillings.

That day, I saw Dr. Thanyalak, and she explained to me in fluent English as to what the dental procedure would entail. Gentle solo piano music played in the background, and my anxiety eased under the very capable hands of the doctor deftly doing the work. The whole experience was quite pleasant really.

Kudos to Dr. Thanyalak for her warmth, empathy, and professionalism! And to the receptionists who cheerfully accommodated my busy traveling schedule!

I attended here for a dental emergency today. The clinic is beautiful and spotlessly clean. My dentist was gentle and calm. My problem was fixed quickly and painlessly. It was very inexpensive also. As good as anywhere I have been in Europe. Thank you for saving my holiday!

Good experience since the first time I contacted the clinic.
Very responsive, easy to fix appointment.
The clinic is very clean and the service is excellent. The doctors go through all the aspects of the treatments with you,take the time to explain everything and answer all your questions with precise and exhaustive information

(much better than other dentists I've visited in CM). The X-ray machine felt like a teleportation device. LOL
