Stayed in the beachside pool villa suite. Facilities were clean and very spacious. However the rooms need updating. Doesn’t seem like any electronic renovation has been done in years. The pool also needs its tiles renovated.

Good variety of breakfast.

Staff needs to be more welcoming though. Seems like the only people who have a smile on their face are the ones who are sure of being tipped. No one asked us how our stay was or if there is anything we could be provided with.

Overall it was a good experience, however the experience was much better at our other resorts/hotels for nearly half the price. So not great value for money.

Best place to be. We chose this hotel to have our wedding in, we messaged the hotel and received a prompt response from Michelle ( our beautiful wedding planner)
From the first email till the end of our wedding, she was so helpful, so organised,so friendly and nice, we always felt her support and we could allow ourselves to relax. She did absolutely everything she could to make sure we felt happy. She always was so kind and patient with us, listened to every silly request.
She and her amazing team worked so hard to make our special day PERFECT. And it was. Every detail, everything went so well, the food was amazing, place was magnificent, staff was so attentive and helpful.

We received an upgrade for our newlyweds room, it was spacious room with the best view, with bath and two showers, with pool overlooking beautiful ocean.
As a part of wedding package, we also had romantic dinner at the beach which was so delicious. That night it was raining so we sat inside and as soon as rain stopped, they setup the table again for us so we can enjoy the view, so kind and thoughtful.
We also had spa package with amazing massages and body scrub included and a delicious floating breakfast to our room after the wedding.
Everyone went above and beyond during all our holiday.

This hotel has so much to offer from spacious rooms with nice views to tasty breakfast with good variety of food. Friendly and attentive staff members- it is a perfect place for the wedding or just a holiday!!

We stayed in the beach side pool villa suite. The room was lovely designed and we had a great view. My other half proposed there, so this place will always be remembered. The pool was clean. The electronics in the room could be better as our phones took hours to charge everytime and we tried each socket.

Breakfast was lovely with some good options.

A few staff members really stood out to us, as they were very welcoming, attentive and really made our stay enjoyable. I think one of them was called Neem, she took care of us throughout our stay and helped us out with any questions we had. We did tip a few, who we genuinely thought were welcoming and attentive. One occasion one staff member wasn't so welcoming and made a joke about expecting tip. We assumed some people expected to be tipped each time.

Overall it was a good experience, really loved the resort. We had the food during the day on odd occasion but the menu can be improved to make it more exciting. This wasn't a big issue to us as we ate out of the resort most times. Another thing we got charged for one damaged water glass, which we didn't expect but hey ho.

The stay exceeded my expectations. The resort is slightly old but most things were well maintained and in good working order.
Pros:
- the hillside pool room was huge, the pool was big as well. There's also a huge bathtub in the room
- room was quiet, only noise we could hear was from the air conditioning units
- staff was very friendly and nice, and efficient
- power sockets already adapted for different plug types
- hardly any mosquitoes even though there's plenty of vegetation all around. But we did find a cockroach in the room once
- bike or car rental is easily arranged from front desk. Slightly more expensive but the pick up and return at the hotel is convenient. The bike rental guy is very easy going
Cons
- room rather old, shower drain was blocked
- room is located high up on the hill, roads were steep but the free buggy service was always promptly available
- breakfast buffet low on variety but the coffee bar was good, there's even soy and coconut milk options for your coffee
- WiFi was very poor esp in the room
- not many local shops in the vicinity, bike or taxi need
- beach is rather ugly, but the pools are nice

Nora Buri Resort was special, it was perfect. Right on the beach. The rooms are large and modern. The views over the ocean are incredible. Everyone from front desk to buggy drivers are so respectful and have genuine smiles. A tip for everyone: go to the spa and ask for Aeaw, you will have the best massage ever! I highly recommend Nora Buri Resort.

Very humble and cooperative staff. Mr Lloyd arranged a cake for my daughter’s birthday at the last minute and made sure that we had the best hospitality till our last day. Spa facilities are amazing. Food is best. We had a very good time for 5 days.

During my recent trip to Koh Samui i stayed at nora Buri and everything was perfect.

I stayed in the ocean view villa and I cant say enough of my experience.

The place is beautiful and perfect for a family or romantic getaway.

The staff is kind and always available.

The villas are spacious with a great swimming pool perfect for relaxing and swimming.

During our stay we had a floating lunch and the food was delicious!

The breakfast also has a wide variety of local and international dishes.

The location is peaceful but close to most sights in the island and Chaweng beach, bars and shopping are are less than 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

The hotel was an incredible surprise and i'm sure we will be back soon!
