Absolutely charming! It is not convenient for walking to many places, so a car, scooter, or taxis will be necessary, but as a place to relax and spend some time it is delightful. The house is deceptively expansive, with big windows, verandas, and several common sitting areas that create a sense of serenity not easily found. The host is helpful, attentive, and thorough. The garden area out front looks charming though I was not able to enjoy it due to an early flight.

*Note that while it is 5-10 min from the airport, taxis will charge high rates for early morning departures!

I stayed here the last 2days u0026 it was so difficult to leave this house. It was like staying in my own home surrounded with greenery, owners were very kind u0026 they literally gave us a ride to the city. This is the kind of service you get when you meet great people with good souls. It was just an amazing experience u0026 i would stay here forever! Will surely come again to stay in this beautiful house. Thanks to the owners - Tok u0026 Michael. Wishing you all the best u0026 hope to see you soon in our next visit????.

As I come to the end of my stay here at Banyan house, Koh Samui I for the first time feel the need to share my experience. The hosts Tok and Michael are very welcoming on our arrival at their home and made me feel very comfortable as we checked in. We stayed in room No:9 which was very spacious with a modern feel and a wet room style bathroom. A good sized TV with a good variety of channels to choose from. The hosts are very informative of were to go to see and eat and even arranged scooter hire for the duration of our stay. The other occupants of this lovely place were their 3 Bassett hounds that were adorable, Spot, Jasmine and Honey who to made you very welcome. The breakfasts are varied and freshly made to your order. They will even cater to your lunch needs from their coffee shop which is nestled in the lush garden which is in my opinion the focal point of this well established Bed and Breakfast a real gem here on Koh Samui and a credit to the proprietors Tok and Michael.

Weird. Place was more run down than photos advertised, take a look at Traveller pics. Fake air freshener scent in room. Lots of rules, many keys to get in the place. Nice garden out front. I thought it would be quiet but road noise was too loud for me sleeping and too far from restaurants or anything to see. Glad I stayed only 1 night

My husband and I have been staying for the past 11 nights at the very beautiful Banyan House Samui, Bed and Breakfast. This is our second stay in 5 years and would highly recommend this as a place to stay whilst on holiday Koh Samui. The owners Michael and Tok are attentive and will help in anyway they can. Our room on this occasion is room 9 which is very clean and spacious and we feel totally relaxed. Our breakfast each morning has been served in the garden and is made fresh to order this can be a cooked breakfast or fresh fruit salad with tea, coffee and toast which can be included in your rate or not if you prefer no breakfast.
One more thing to mention the three adorable Bassett Hounds, Spot, Jasmine and Honey bring great character to your stay.
Overall thank you Michael and Tok for a wonderful stay at your lovely home.

Not only they charge you 200 Baht for early check out which doesn't make any sense. They will charge 1000 Baht through Credit card which they will make sure not to return you. Leave 1000 Baht , the owner *the local guy is so rude. The other owner is decent guy. I hope you watch before you book.

I was charged 1000 baht as it was late night and i told one of my friend to drop me to the hotel as it is far from the main party place. It was 3.30 am and told my friend to stay as I anyways leaving in 2 hours. I called the owner myself in the morning as i had some issue with the safe. He straight away told me that he will not to give my deposit money instead of understanding my point. I was looking only for her safety. It’s pretty unfair to first charge 200 baht as early check out and another 1000 baht for being honest.
Better to stay in a hotel !

Excellent room and services. Owner and staff are friendly and fully support. Stay like a home. Very delicious breakfast too.We had a great stay at this cozy little spot. The staff and owners were amazing they took care of us so well.I would highly recommended this place.
