Hotel property and beach are decent; beach is quite shallow with lots of rocks and no bars on this resort are open, only the restaurant bar at night time which is pretty inconvenient as you’re forced to use room service if you want a drink. Hotel staff don’t ever pick up the phone if you need something so you have to walk up to the front desk and even then they aren’t very helpful or willing to answer your questions. Also quite far away from any night life or entertainment if you’re looking for that sort of stuff. Nice quiet spot but staff and lack of amenities dampened the whole experience.

Wonderful experience of staying in this resort. Room is super comfortable. Whole Resort is super calm and peaceful. Breakfast is tasty but less if variety. Overall experience is too good for relaxation.

The facilities could need some love. Room cleaning is also not good. Unfortunatly there are a lot of Russians here. You know the deal. They don't know how to behave as normal humans. Bar at the entrance, Spa and the free shuttle to the town is closed.

Absolutely beautiful resort with fantastic buffet breakfast which has variety food and fresh coffee of choices. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The pool is also spectacular, which is near the beach, and very clean.

silence, peace and great service ♥ a perfect place on the sidelines of great beaches, and at the same time in close proximity. The comfortable beach cabins are wonderful.

The hotel is half open and unfortunately there is a lot of maintenance urgently needed. The room required the safe and the telephone to be fixed. Then a water pipe broke and there was no water. We were moved to a bungalow and when entering it had to open the doors and windows to let out the unpleasant smell. The tv had to be fixed as there was no signal.

At the pool in the afternoon there were no towels available. When requesting for towels was told that they have not yet arrived from cleaning… so had to leave the pool without any towel, drying up as we walked soaking wet to the room…

The breakfast was unfortunately a disappointment. The quality and diversity of the food is poor. The only bread available is the cheapest one can find in a supermarket.

Overall the hotel needs updating and overall TLC. We understand that Covid may create a serious impact on business as it is evident everywhere is the island but the tired and unresponsive attitude of the staff is something that is not acceptable. They have forgotten all about customer service. The engineers sent to fix the safe and tv and housekeeping staff are far more friendly than the reception, pool and restaurant staff….
