Just NO! I booked it for 4 nights but left after 1 night. Mold everywhere, room stinks and the walls are infested with mice. Everything is old which would not be a problem if it was CLEAN!!! Wifi works only outside and for about 2 hours per day.Actually ZERO stars... And refund? Nope, they offered us another hotel for which they asked extra money ????. Never again.

And to comment to Sasitara reply to me : If you think im am ever staying at your property again, you are very much mistaken

Loved staying almost a week here in one of their family style apartments!! The loft area was amazing and the mini kitchen fully stocked was also wonderful. They also had a smart TV that i could connect Netflix and Amazon movies to!!! The pool had super comfy chairs, spa jets and a deep end!! Friendly staff and great housekeeping. I would love to stay here again sometime and would reccomend to anyone!

Been coming here for mini holidays from Koh Tao for 3 years. Great beds, comfy. Excellent pool. Lots of plants around the room. Even sat on the balcony feels very private still. 3mins bike ride to Chaweng shopping centre

*** Note*** On booking this MAY come up as Sasitara Villa resort as well... Same property but they do advertise rooms for monthly rent also... hence the Residence tag.
Booked for 3 nights to see what it was like. Booked 6 more nights on same day as check in after seeing room and pool.
Lobby small u0026 basic. Check-in was quick u0026 painless. Front desk staff had good English skill. Rest of staff were friendly and helpful.
Off street parking . Pool is a nice size u0026 clean with good amount of Sun and shaded options for sitting. Pool bar u0026 small poolside dining area were closed at time of our booking ( busier times..? )
Grounds on walking path to rooms u0026 around are beautifully tended with many types of flowering plants u0026 palm trees, etc... Less than 100 meters from farthest room to lobby.
We stayed in deluxe bungalow room booked through Agoda. Hotel honored the price from the website for our extra days even though it was 100 baht per day under their walk-in price (normally 1,000 baht per night at this time of year)
Room was large by standards with vaulted ceilings, separate dressing area for bag storage, small room safe, standard shower/bathroom with great hot water.
Bed was comfy u0026 more western style than std HARD thai beds you often find.
Nice glass french doors to a sitting area out front of each room u0026 plenty of lighting inside as well as two other windows to let in sunlight from other sides of room for privacy from the walkway.
Free Wi-Fi throughout property u0026 was good in our room although they do post signs saying there are some spots weaker than others.
About 10 bungalows u0026 2 very nice Villa style rooms both with 2 separate bedrooms AND small private pools !! These were advertised at amazing rates for this amenity !!!
Have stayed in Samui at a lot of locations. This is a great budget stay close to everything in Chaweng beach area but north of party noise u0026 traffic on main beach road.
At very most a 10 min walk to beach. Large u0026 cheap motorbike rental less than 2 min walk with lots of scooters u0026 a few bigger bikes. Family Mart very close.
Only cons we might mention were that a few things could use updating or fixing (what small hotel property in Thailand doesn't ..?) but this is NOT a 4 star poperty nor is the price for it ! Breakfast option or restaurant on site would be a big plus but again the trade off is a small property with a quiet relaxed environment...
TV was a dated flat screen with about 8 channels. (Updated tv and more channels would be good but this also would drive up the price u0026 how much TV do you need anyway..?)
Overall we loved the place u0026 would easily recomend to others. We will stay again for sure!
A short finishing note which applies to pretty much ALL of THAILAND's smaller hotels....
You may read Horrible reviews about different places facilities , staff, breakfast, towels, linens, etc... etc... etc... along with great reviews from others for same property.
I have stayed in tons of places throughout Thailand and find continually that the poorer reviews are from people who obviously expect elegance and pampering of a high end resort while paying budget prices... Take them with a grain of salt and with the understandings that this is NOT a 1st world country u0026 things don't always funtion as so... in USA if I was paying u003d pricing for a budget hotel there would certainly be just as many IF NOT MORE problems with property than anywhere here...
MOST IMPORTANTLY ! whenever you encounter problems with a room, communication, (or anything else here for that matter...) IF you take the whole thing with a smile u0026 patience Thai people will go out of there way to try to help you...
Thai people do not like conflict u0026 appreciate composure u0026 understanding in all manners. There is a BIG reason this is known as The Land of Smiles ! Wear one yourself when here and don't be afraid to laugh as well and you will see why so many love this place !

Lovely and quiet Hotel that you can enjoy your stay have a peaceful moment, location is good, not far from Chaweng and everything just 2 or 3 mins on MOtorbike.

Rooms are very good, very worth the money you spend even you got better than what you paid
