it's 2-3min walk to the beach (I actually time myself walking), their breakfast is not buffet as they are short of customers, so they give set which is so little, bread, jam, two egg and one plate of fruit. only can order 1 set. they have 3 set to choose from. 2nd one is congee + plate of fruit, 3rd set is fried rice + egg + a plate of fruit.

free parking, room is big and clean but as many mentioned the toilet have two part, one with the toilet bowl and bath tub will always be wet, the other side will be dry as the bathtub is partially covered. the water will spray out from the back. not a big deal.

staff is helpful, only thing to improve is their breakfast. hopefully when more tourist is back, they will be able to get back their feet

Very bad experience in this hotel.
I just stayed 2 days and I absolutely not recommend this place.
The receptionist and the manager (lady) are absolutely not friendly.

When we check in we asked for late check out they said ok no probl.
But when we check out they charge 800 THB and talk very bad and loud.

They desserve to nobody come in this place

I stayed here twice. I like the location which is close to main shopping areas and other restaurant. Few minutes walk to the beach.

Location is near at beach and night life.Room are big enough for family.Just concern with the bathroom,water is going outside when we did shower.However overall was satisfied...

Nice new hotel, good spacious room, comfy bed. Rooftop pool was really good. Enjoyed our stay there.
Only downside was shower in bathtub area would leak all water onto bathroom floor, it could really use shower curtains.. staff was polite and professional yet lacked friendliness, they mostly kept a straight face and replied in close ended yes or no answers.
1 thing I felt awkward is I had booked a room for 2, and while checking in I handed over my passport and my wife's id card and mentioned that's my wife's id. The receptionist asked me is she staying with you. It was funny, awkward and kind of insulting.
Nonetheless we liked the hotel overall. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very good, new hotel. Spacious rooms, clean and neat. Good and pleasant staff. Continental Breakfast free, check policy too. Lift, room key needed to operate. 1000 baht security deposit in cash only. In room safe locker. Balcony with 2 chair and table. Calm, peaceful atmosphere but walkable distance to night life. No joiners fee for friends but no breakfast for them unless 300b paid.

Great hotel and very good service. The rooms and the bathroom we got were quite spacious and had all the amenities. However, the breakfast selection was sub standard and the rooms don't really have any view. Location is very close to the beach.
