The location and the price is very appealing. The room is fairly modern, my first experience staying here was ok, but my recent stay is unpleasant. We are bugged by bed bugs. We found 10 of them and a cockroach. As I reached the receptionist to ask for a favour, she can't do anything because all the cleaning staffs are unavalable and the supply room is locked...

This was my go to hotel for about 2 years. I loved this place. No more. I can deal with the urine smell in the halls from cats spraying, the beat down rooms, the mold smell, inconsistent hot water, shower doors that can't be opened or closed easily, the fact that the staff will try to place you into a room that is inhabitable and pretend that the room is just fine. For the price one can't be that picky. These were all experiences I had over those 2 years. However, what finally ended this relationship for me is theft. I had money taken from my room. This was emergency money that I never use and keep a ledger of which I counted prior to checking in. I do this because I have had an issue of money disappearing in the past. It's now my habit to know how much I am walking in with. Please note I had no guests in the room. The only people with access other than me were hotel staff.

I reported it to the staff the following day as I found out at night and wasn't going on a hotel hunt then. I immediately moved out. I asked for a refund for the nights I would not be staying since I no longer trusted leaving my belongings in the room. They refused to issue a refund and showed no loyalty that had stayed there a bunch of times. All they kept on saying is that a "manager" would not issue the refund. So it was recorded for others and in the crime statistics, I filed a police report and reported it to the booking site I used as well.

I would encourage you not to stay here. If you do, please know that the room you receive will totally make the experience for you positive or negative. There may be a few rooms left in good operating order but the last few times I have not received one. It's going to be a gamble. Side note, the back rooms are quiet but the rooms in the front can be noisy until about 3am. Since I had money stolen please make sure you take your valuables with you when you leave the room. Also, final note on the theft, they didn't take it all, they just took a few notes so that it wouldn't be so obvious. Had it not been for the fact that I keep track, and it was my emergency stash, I could have been easily confused into thinking I spent it.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable. The public transport is quite easy. The amenities in my room were good. All the staff we found more than willing to help or give advice. Its a total value for money. Try it out if you are solo and staying for a short time.

Great location only 4 mins walk to the beach and close to everything so you can enjoy walking around. There are comfy beds, two TV with many channels, two AC, big room for family or group. But there aren't elevator and parking lot.

It's budget friendly and well worth the money. What draws me to this country is not the surrounds but the beauty of the people and the ***ner in which they commit to all they do with dauntless determination and warmth. I enjoyed my stay in this little hotel very much.

The room was always very clean. Location İs So Easy And Close By A. Location of this hotel ok and the staff is very friendly. Value for money is a thumbs up. After all, I knew that I didn't require a fancy place when I was researching places to stay.

I was there for two days. Was very pleased with the decision to stay at the hotel in the end. A clean hotel with all amenities. Its staff to be tremendously helpful and courteous at all times. Situated in a relatively good location. You can walk from this hotel to the beach it's around 600m.
