The hotel was olde but the room was clean and also Staff were very friendly

First of all, the hotel is located in a spot close to Central Marina, and also with excellent accessibility to the Baht buses running through the town. The rooms were okay, spacious with some ants in the balcony (but not indoors). The breakfast was nothing fantastic, but overall I was satisfied with the choices. Would recommend!

I booked a double-bed standard room and it was equipped with all modern amenities you would require. The staff could improve with their english knowledge and customer service, and some of the employees may benefit from going on smile courses Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The rates were extremely reasonable.

There is major construction work going on very very close to the hotel with associated noise and a tower crane passing over the pool area quite often. We had a deluxe room (which I recommend) which has a sepertate balcony, sitting area and kitchenette to the bedroom. Good value for money.

Stayed here for 3 weeks April may.
Arrived about 6 pm check-in took about 10 mins was offered a free cold fruit drink.
The weather in April is very hot so it's nice to have good Aircon in the room sadly we didn't, it was struggling to cool itself down never mind the room.
Bed was comfortable and managed to have a good night's sleep probably because of the flight we had just done
2 days into the holiday the Aircon packed in altogether so we were given a different room but at least the Aircon was a little bit cooler.
The rooms were cleaned every day bed sheets were changed every 2 days the rooms were quiet on a night so was happy about that.
We had breakfast once but was very basic needless to say it was only the once and ate out on the other occasions.
When checking out we were asked to pay 350 baht for a shower gel dispenser that was broken but after spending 10 minutes explaining we never used there dispenser we had our own they said ok forget about it.
The hotel wasn't that bad but I don't think I would stay there again mainly because of the poor Aircon. There are a lot of hotels at a good price in Pattaya so it's worth looking around.

Each room has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. We were welcomed by the staff on check in who have known us from our previous stays. Staff was excellent. Most of the time I was not there in the hotel but whenever I was there in Hotel it was nice.

L had a good sized room with balcony u0026 pool view. We went to the pool and when we got back, we found all room doors of our floor wide open with a couple of guys going in and out. Noisey hotel maintenance work during the day that WILL wake you if your a night owl.
