Stay away from this overpriced, fraudulent hospital.

We went there because my Thai girlfriend was not feeling well. there was no doctor, a nurse came and did a blood test and gave serum. that's all.

They took 4300 baht from us. When I checked the bill, 1850 baht for the pills (tylenol etc.), 700 baht for the serum and a lot of extra expenses that I can't name. In the "Other" heading, they stated a deduction of 200 baht, which I guess is the fee they charged for printing the invoice.

Definitely stay away!

**BEWARE THIS HOSPITAL IS SCAMMING FOREIGNERS** ????????????
Each visit for me has been a simple MEDICATION REFILL for over 8 months.

Maybe it is because they are so quiet? But I come, every month for the "SAME 1 MEDICINE" . Nothing more...

It's been the same price for over 8 months. I put up with the physical and administration fee every month.
*even though I do not actually have a physical.

But this month they tried to charge "NEARLY DOUBLE" for the EXACT same thing.

As soon as I pointed out that I get the same thing every month (I even have a hospital card), they dropped the price back to normal as soon as I showed them old records after they "originally claimed" the medicine has become 3 times the price..

u003eu003e Go to Bangkok international, at least they are MUCH MORE MODERN and don't try to rip people off.

Pattaya is already suffering a 35% drop in tourists, this STUPID approach only makes people not want to come here, which is sad as the people are lovely. You always expect to over pay (it's Thailand) but when someone tries to rob you blind it is disgusting and short sighted.

I'll be going to Bangkok international from now on because they lied to me here.... ????????????????

I did the checkup program for 50 yrs and up, here the pros and cons FEA:
+: competent doctors, thorough examination, detailed explanation of results
-: the program costs 7000 excluding doctor fees but they also added additional service and other fees which were not mentioned to be excluded; long waiting periods between the examinations; had to come back to pick up report which they just didnt do so they did it while i was waiting then "computer have plomblem, we send by email"; they also gave me another appoimtment for the eye doctor who wasnt there just for him to explain me results; colon cancer checkup not part of the program but should be for that age; dental check was part of the program but was just not done

Fantastic Staff at Dermatology Department, comfortable atmosphere, and quality service.

Dr. Waraporn is extremely knowledgeable about dermatology. She doesn’t just look for the easy solution to skincare fixes, she is committed to thinking about the best possible solution, which is exactly what an exceptional doctor would do. She has immense knowledge about all skin diseases and she clarifies every doubt about your disease and evaluate what kind of disease you have and also what treatments is better for your skin.

She always goes “above and beyond” the call of duty to ensure that skincare needs are met to her patients.

Every day we are told to get vaccinated, yet ring this hospital, and you cannot even be put on the waiting list, even worse, also did not even recommend where I could be COVID-19 vaccinated.

I have been to this hospital for more than 6 years now and their services so far are still good. Though the price has increased at a more reasonable price compared to other private hospital.

One thing i like in this hospital is that the time to wait to see a doctor takes around 30 mins or less. And if you need to schedule a required surgery, you can have it done in a few days only. Unless you prefer a cheaper cost then go to a public hospital and there you have to wait long hours to see a doctor then get a surgery after a couple of months.

When it comes to the doctors and nurses, i can say that in PIH they are quite attentive and friendly. To mention a few doctors like the Ophthalmologist, Urologist and Surgeon, Dermatologist and the Cardiologist in this hospital are the best specialist doctors i have ever encounter because they do take care and treat their patients very well.

For those people who are giving negative comments, maybe they are just pessimist people. Remember that there is always two sides of a story and not only theirs.

Lastly for PIH, keep up the good work because there are still good people who needs your help. Best of luck.
