Moderate restaurant cum resort. Not very catchy but at the same time it's cheaper. Room service, receptionist and other staff are very supportive. Breakfast is free and has lot of good options though breakfast time is very strict. Small massage parlour is also available. Pool is good. Wifi is very poor specifically inside rooms.

Cleanliness of Whole hotel and rooms could be better. More soaps is necessary.
If you go to this hotel remind that only one soap for each exists which should be used for shower and toilet.
However, you can go wherever easily because it is located in a very good place.

Disgusting first appearance and impression at the Reception. There are much better new small resorts and guest houses just nearby even with lesser room rents. You may not have a swimming pool there in all of them but who cares with the ocean beaconing you around the corner!
Had to struggle to communicate with the receptionist in english. The room didn't have the phone. The battery in the remote didn't work. We had to walk all the way to reception for any requirements and they didn't seem to care had they understood it in the first place!
And would you believe that we actually saw big rats running around the pool area!!
The male receptionist there in particular was very rude. Didn't know to have the least etiquette and manners to deal with the customers. The overall appearance of the place was one of very cheap types. Maybe many years back it was a good place to stay but with the emergence of new nice hotels and resorts around, it would perhaps be one of the poorest in the area given the price range.
It was overalls a disappointing experience to stay here.

Hotel pictures posted on the booking sites are very old it's nothing like that in real.
Below are the points
1.staff is very rude for no reasons and keeps shouting.
2. Bedsheets are torn
3.pool is dirty.
4. No hot water kettle provided even after asking for it.

Over all had a really bad experience only good point is that it's near alcazar show .

Disgusting hotel with its appearance and horrible staffs.

The staffs are so rude, not bothered about customer satisfaction.

Rooms and washrooms are so old and pathetic.

Broken tiles, dirty roof, teared towels, poor quality water, small rooms.

Room was filled with smoke and they done nothing to avoid it.

Ac is too old.

Totally pathetic hotel. Never ever book here

Right in front of Alcazar, near from shopping centre, food stalls, and the beach. They have nice breakfast. But the rooms are old enough and little bit creepy. And they don't have lift so we must take the stairs to bring our belongings.

The rooms provided to us were completely untidy and the staff misbehaved. We finally showed them the condition and he apologized and then finally provided a good room.Please check on before leaving because it can be troublesome in your international trip
