Spacious room with working AC and internet. That should worth 500 baht. If it was cleaner with regular cleaning and linen changing, it could worth 700.

Old and torn.

A few minutes walk to the beach and everything.

Don't go with expectation, highly budget place. Staffs are not trained and nor enough, but kind and eager to help. Minimum services.

AC and fridge could be noisy at night, and you can hear people walking in and out. But this is what you get at this price.

No cleaner for room for the 10 days I stayed. Refrigerator so noisy was hard to sleep. Originally paid 7000 baht for a month so was expecting no cleaner and to provide my own towels, toilet roll etc. But had a change in plans because of family illness and asked them for money back and they said no and told me it would be 800 baht a night day rate. Still no cleaner, towels or toilet roll even for 800 a night. Can get alot better with a swimming pool and cleaner for less money almost anywhere in pattaya

2.time on this place. It's a good place. 150 meters to the beach. Everything is around near the apartment. Lot of taxies. Free wi-fi good aircon. Simple but good enough. Staff very okay. Balcony. I think you get alot for the low price.

New Year's Eve is not cheap for a good location such as this. Any other night and I would have been unhappy with the price for the quality of the accommodation.
However the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good for the price. Low cost serviced apartments. Very basic accomodation but if your on a tight budget then its a good option. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The room is perfectly clean , the owner itself is very accommodating and always smiling .. location is quiet ..safe to stay ...

First of all when I entered the room there was a bad smell and I aksed for the lady on the reception for a spray, then I noticed the bathoom was so bad ,I wanted to cancel and there was a no return policy because Ive entered the room already for a few bath more across the street there is a much better hotel safe yourself the discomfort
