My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! Such friendly and helpful staff, we arrived around 11am hoping to leave our bags till check in but were actually able to check in straight away! Our room was lovely - spacious and clean with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the comfiest bed ever! Not much of a view from the room but no problem at all as the view from the rooftop bar and pool more than makes up for it, such a nice place to relax in the pool or with a drink at the bar. Food at the restaurant is also delicious and reasonably priced, and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to the day with plenty of options to choose from.
The air conditioning in our room was a bit strange as it seemed to always be either too cold or too warm but could never get it to stay at the perfect temperature, also no remote so had to always walk over, but no big deal really and we’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Bangkok.

This Hotel undoubtedly deserves nothing short of 5-stars. The staff is one of the best and most courteous/helpful I've ever seen. I want to specially extend a thank you to one particular hotel staff member - Tony, who clearly went the extra mile to take care of the guests and it was very appreciated with the way he was always involved and on the top of things.

The rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding. The location is good enough to walk to metro and it's very close to Terminal 21 mall. I plan to visit Bangkok again and without a doubt I'll becoming back to stay here.

A 5???? stay for us. The pool area was great, we had an amazing bathroom and the most comfortable sleep in years! Breakfast was included which ended up saving us so much time and money in the mornings. Some staff members seemed to be newer and maybe not as experienced as others but everybody was polite and we felt well looked after. I had a late train to catch and was able to leave my bags in the luggage area and use the pool for hours after checking out of my room. Tasty food and drinks in the restaurant and bar as well. It is a bit hidden away and if you mostly walk to the train station like us, it can be a bit of a walk (around 15 min.).

Friendly staff, good quality rooms (though no decent view from the windows), first class rooftop pool: I actually preferred the pool here than the one at SO/ Bangkok, though the latter has a better view. Standard Thai hotel breakfast options, done well. Courtesy tuk tuk to metro stations etc. Some parking and baggage storage. Great location for Sukhumvit nightlife, especially lady boys if that's your thing. Decent sized gym with lots of equipment.

I stayed here a week and I'm glad I did.

I stayed in this hotel to complete my Test and Go requirements. From the pickup from the airport, taking me to the PCR test was well organised. Check-in process was very friendly and quick. Reception staff and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and I felt very comfortable. I stayed only one night (as my test results were negative). The location is very good and there are lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I had my breakfast (next day) at the hotel restaurant and again the staff were very friendly. Only issue I had was the hot water was not hot but was not a major issue.

Had a lovely stay. Super comfy bed and the pool area was great. Breakfast was a bit bare for such a fancy place (no spreads, no cheese, no veggies, .. ) but thats a minor detail. Great hotel.
